Aunque la ubicación es buena tienen demasiadas fallas, no hay lockers donde dejar tus cosas seguras, las regaderas no sirven apropiadamente, se acaba el agua, no sale agua caliente, no hay áreas de esparcimiento.
Although the location is good they have too many faults, there are no lockers to keep your things safe, the showers don't work properly, if the water runs out, no hot water, no recreation areas.
Es una opción económica que recomiendo solo por la ubicación a 10 minutos caminando del Angel y 2 calles de la estación de buses al AIFA. El cuarto muy pequeño, los baños estaban todo el tiempo inundados por las lluvias y no había personal que estuviera pendiente de ello
It is an economical option that I recommend only for the location at 10 minutes walk from El Ángel and 2 blocks from the bus station to AIFA.The room is very small, the bathrooms were constantly flooded by the rains and there was no staff to be on guard
Showers smelled like urine. Kitchen was gross, room was covered in dust. Hot water barely worked. I had to wait outside the gate passed sunset because the guard didn’t answer the door. They take your passport and keep it in a drawer, when I went to get it back on the last day the drawer wasn’t even locked.

This hostel was recently opened and many of the facilities were not functioning properly. We asked for an ensuit room with bathroom but it was not given to us, I don't think they had this kind of room availble, we were sharing the tiolet with others. The doors didn't have handles, the kitchen had no sink or equipment. Pillows were uncomfortable and of poor quality, and when we asked for an extra pillow, although there were not many other guests in the hostel, the staff refuesd to help us.
