- Não são simpáticas as pessoas que trabalham lá, e também não são flexíveis como por exemplo, eu queria trocar de cama porque a minha estava quebrada e tinha camas vazias. As camas são velhas, e por ser um lugar longe, o conforto deveria ser prezado.
- Alojamiento nada cómodo, el agua salió fría durante el último día y noche, cocina súper hedionda, no lo recomiendo. Lo único agradable era una chica que trabajaba ahí que no se su nombre, súper atenta. Aaaah y nos recomendaron arrendar el vehículo de un tipo que nos estafó con $300.000, su nombre es José Leonardo Nacer, dejo el nombre para que no caigan como yo.

- the bed broke in the middle of the night and we had to fix it. the staff was nowhere to be seen. loud music, put on by the staff, till 10pm!!! the sheets were filthy. the shower drain was a hole that filled the room with sewer stench. it was the first time that an hostel asked for half of the amount to be paid a month ahead, probably they knew that,after seeing it, we would have leave. Even in London for 38$ a night with no breakfast you can find better place.
The ensuite shower doesnt work. It cold, and sometimes extremely hot. You get the private room with private bathroom but you have to take shower outside. Told two staffs about that, and the answer was the same: they would call the maintenance. 5 days and nothing was done about that.

- O quarto que estou hospedado o primeiro tem as janelas para a rua e a porta fica no corredor então o entra e sai toda hora , muito falatório e risada sem contar que a porta do quarto tem vidro então fica tudo claro dentro se pensa em descansar esqueça! E um pouco distante do centro tbm! Não voltaria por esses motivos

- Pocos baños, me impresionó que al llegar me entregarán la cama sin hacer, yo la tuve que hacer, esto nunca me había pasado, en verdad fue desagradable, porque llegue tarde y solo quería descansar, pocos baños, y queda demasiado lejos del centro, 20 minutos caminando.
+ A cama estava boa e confortável. o terraço muito proveitoso e aconchegante. Refeitório amplo. Gostamos da simpatia da atendente hermana Argentina.
- Da recepção quando chegamos no hostel, não fomos bem-vindos a recepcionista reclamou porque a campainha tocou 3 X. O chuveiro que era privado não esquentou , usamos o compartilhado . A cozinha muito mal organizada, equipamentos velhos , faltou toalha de pano e de papel. A cozinha deixou muito de ser boa.no quarto não tem nada para você pendurar os casacos ou calças pesadas. Muito apertado. O espelho fica no alto não é acessível para se espelhar.

+ 1. 직원들이 매우 친절하다. 2. 직원들이 화장실을 수시로 청소한다.
- 1. 터미널과 아르마스 광장에서 멀다. 그늘도 없는 땡볕을 20분 이상 걸어야 한다. 다른 나라 다른 도시에서도 많이 걸어봤는데, 고도 2,400미터 아타카마 사막에서 태양 아래 짐을 들고 20분 걷는건 완전히 다른 경험이다. 여행사, 현금인출기, 큰 수퍼 등 모두 멀기 때문에 외출이 꺼려진다. 이 곳은 오전7시에 날이 밝고 오후8시가 넘어야 해가 진다. 2. 외국인에게도 무조건 세금 청구한다. 왜냐면 이 숙소에서는 미국달러 등 현금을 받지 않고 오로지 칠레 페소만 취급하기 때문이다. 카드결제기 또한 칠레 페소로만 결제하기 때문에 PDI 가지고 있어도 세금면제 안된다. 이 부분을 언급한 후기가 몇 개 나오던데, 나는 해당 안되겠지 생각했던게 실수였다. 19% 포함 계산할 경우, 광장 근처에 비슷한 금액의 숙소가 있었지만, 이미 너무 힘들게 걸어왔기 때문에 다시 이동할 수 없었다. 어쨌든 Booking.com에 표시된 금액의 19%를 추가청구한다는 사실을 명심할것. 그리고 카드 사용시에는 3.5%가 '추가로' 청구된다고 데스크에 안내되어 있다. 3. 이층침대에 고정식사다리가 없음. 이동식 사다리를 공유하기 때문에 침대에 오르내리기 불편했음.

Very very clean! Not that social and a 15 minute walk to the center but very chill with good facilities
Ok Hostel. The common areas are nice and with a big kitchen. However, the rooms are insanly hot, there is no AC just one fan and it does not aim towards my bed. The beds sound and moves alot so when somebody moves the bed shakes. The internet is week at times which can be annoying. Only 2 bathrooms/showers so sometimes there is a que. The showers are ok. Ok hostel, and quite cheap.
not enough toilettes
I stayed 4 female dorm and the room was so small to move. It is 15 min away from the center. The staff and commen area was nice
Great kitchen, comfy beds, very clean. Unfortunately my food poisoning hit just as i arrived so the 2 toilet situation was.. character building.
Everything is very decent and clean. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need. The location is a bit off the center, but reachable by feet. There are common big areas and a rooftop to socialize (which takes place all the time). They let you also store your luggage before your check-in and after your check-out. Overall a really pleasant experience.
Lovely hostel, staff are super friendly and helpful and kept the place clean! Only downside is the location as it’s about a 20 minute walk into town. (However there is a small convenience store a couple of minutes from the hostel).

+ Hostal muito limpo e organizado, chuveiro muito bom. Amamos a cozinha compartilhada completa.
- O quarto ficava de frente a uma área comum, alguns viajantes ficaram conversando até tarde, o que atrapalhou um pouco o sono. Também é um pouco longe de mercados e do centrinho. Mas ficaria novamente hospedado.

+ Very clean and the staff very polite and friendly. I'm Chilean and my girlfriend is Norwegian. They speak English and explain everything. Clean and comfy. I recommend a private room.
Nice rooms, communal areas and comfortable beds. Inflexible about early check-in.
The hostel is 20min Walk from the City Center (we did know about that but in the mid day heat it’s exhausting). The rooms looked very different from the pictures and we assumed the bathroom is attached to the dorm but it’s just two small bathrooms for the whole hostel, which leads to long queues which is annoying. The kitchen is well equipped and good for use. In general the vibe of the hostel is missing, sure it’s subjective and depends on the people.
+ It's great value for what you get. It's cheap, stuff don't speak English but that doesn't matter. Very nice experience.
- It's further from centre, 20 minutes. However, up side is that you don't have to walk long to exit the town and look at night sky.
