- I got charged the whiole price even tho I didnt stay there as I was refused entry.

- Not clean, people effectively living in the dorms and messy with personal items, only supplied a thin synthetic blanket in the middle of winter, bathrooms were run down and gross, bed frames wobbly and mattresses rock hard

- Terrible conditions. Dirty, smelly, mattress you could feel springs and very wobbly bunk bed felt unsafe. Would not recommend it even at price point. Had to check out due to unstayable conditions and find alternative accommodation for the night.

- Deja bastante que desear en general, las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, había muchos pelos y manchas en nuestra habitación privada. Cucarachas en el rooftop que parecía abandonado. Necesita reforma y mejoras.

- L'accueil et personnel très désagréable, on dirait qu'on est en prison

+ Comfortable sofas in the living room. Big windows, high ceilings.

- Room looks like a shelter for homeless people, something like hoarders house from TLC. Bathroom are small and need renovations. People stay there long term.

- très sale, manque d’hygiène totale, personne ne passe dans les chambres pour les nettoyer, les couvertures utilisés sont les mêmes pour chaque voyageur, les salle de bain était presque dégoûtante

+ Très bonne literie et emplacement idéal dans la ville. La chambre donnait sur le train mais on entendait rien du tout.

- L’espace salle de bain n’était pas pratique du tout. La tension de l’eau était tellement forte que ça en mettait partout et il n’y avait aucune étagère dans la douche pour poser ses affaires, on se retrouve à les poser à même le sol. Le bâtiment en lui-même fait extrêmement fatigué. Il n’y également pas de lumière et de prise individuelle près des lits. Ça m’a suffit pour un transit de 24h.

+ 위치도 좋고 직원분들이 다양하게 잘 도와주세요. 호스텔이라는 점 감안하면 깨끗한 편이구요.

+ The location, near central station. Staffs were superb and very helpful. We took a room with private bathroom and it was cozy and clean.
