+ Too many rules

- Arrogant staff. Very cocky

- They didn't allow me to get in on that day because the male toilet is broken and even though we already cancelled the booking they are still holding our money. Please help me to get my money back this is against the consumer rights, because this is not our mistake, but the motel doesn't want to give back our money.

- Crowded bathroom. Coffin like Pod.

+ Person on reception was very sweet

- Top bunk was nowhere near dark enough to sleep. Some person in the dorm had their light on until 3am. Music pounding from the building until 3am. No cover sheet no pillow case.

+ Location is amazing. All provided, including towel. Toilets were clean and good untimed showers

- A bit too warm inside. The bed light on the top beds has no shade so lights up other beds.

+ I had a really great stay here in Sydney! hostel is extremely clean esp. the women’s shower and restroom, which really stood out. The bed linen is high quality, and the mattress is very comfortable, so I slept really well. The staff is kind, responsive, and always willing to help. Free wifi is good speed, they also provide shower gel and shampoo (learned that it's not that common for other hostels in SYD). Spacious lounge area and kitchen are quite comfy. Even though it’s located right in the city center, it’s surprisingly quiet inside. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Central Station, and there are plenty of great cafés and bus stops nearby, which made getting around super easy. I stayed for two nights, and this place genuinely made my Sydney experience so much better. Highly recommend!

+ Loved the location, the cleanliness of the place and above all the friendly team.

+ スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。 個室も、横方向にある程度スペースが広く、快適に過ごすことができました。

- ランドリーが洗濯機と乾燥機1個ずつしかないため、同居者が使用中で利用できないときがありました。 共用冷蔵庫の中が既に大量に溢れていて、生物も区別なく置かれており、衛生的にも利用するのが難しかったです。

+ Clean, as described, easy stay

- Contacting via phone was not great, as i was trying to sort something prior to the stay but was bit difficult, however i did manage to get hold of staff on the day to sort out, and they were very friendly, although it would have been better if staff was contactable prior to stay - i did try to call in business hours as well.

+ Very clean and well roommates behaviours

- Nothing at all but if the locker can have keys would be great

+ Extremely clean and great comfortable beds with a lot of space. Good kitchen.

- People were waiting at reception for checkin to begin and it had to open at 2pm on the dot which was really strange. Would be nice to be a little cheaper too for a backpackers

+ • Large, comfy mattresses. • Quiet doors with grooms preventing slamming. • Good Wifi enables remote work. • Well-equipped kitchen. • Large lockers in room.

- • Lack of electricity plugs in main room.

+ How the hostel was organized, specially the rooms. It was also very clean and not too noisy.

- Maybe having more toilets.

+ Exellent location in a bulding at 6 th floor, in city center. Everything at walking distance. Free Wifi signal ok. Kitchen full equipment. Services like showers and toilettes, cleaned and working well. Large lockers with personal padlock. Confortable bed with reading light and usb connection. Room door with keycard. Staff very friendly and professional. I steyed 2 nights, absolutely recomended.
