There were bed bugs. I informed the staff and they said they would rectify this issue but no compensation offered even though I had to wash and dryer every single thing at my next destination. The hostel is advertised as 24hrs reception but thats false. I waited 40mins for someone to open the front door - and it was another guest. Reception only opened at 8am. Staff do not respond to the whatsapp numbers posted on the door and the lift landing has no aircon. Very unhappy with my stay.

I never have left a bad opinion on a hostel I stayed, but boy oh boy, today im losing my virginity on this. Please buckle up, and join me in this sad tale. I stayed with my wife and my 2 year old boy for 3 days in may23. I selected this place because it was under the highest scored places with a private room while being 'kid friendly'. Creaky bunk beds, shared bathrooms has no door between the common area. Bathrooms in bedroom have no ventilation, full of mold. Staff were around 24/7 and were pleasant. Common area chairs super uncomfortable. No of them have backs and half of them are made for children?

Very dirty…. Nothing like the photos. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back hurt the whole trip. Staff was not very friendly and no social atmosphere either

Didnt have a great experience due to other guests but the hostel didnt want to do anything to help, i left early and they refised aany form of compensation. Fair enough but leaving this review so others know

An sich ein süßes Hostel und auch sehr sauber. Allerdings war es schwierig, das Hostel zu finden und auch die Zielgruppe ist mir nicht ganz klar, von Backpackern, bis zu Schulklassen und eher alten Männern. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es einen reinen Frauenschlafsaal gibt, mit so vielen Männern in einem Raum zu schlafen war anstrengend und die Betten sind zudem nicht besonders bequem.

Good place to stay, with an especially excellent location. But not a place for me to stay again. Even though there is a social living area, the excessive number of signs telling you what and not to do is really off-putting, and does not create a very nice atmosphere. Also, even though the place looks very clean, there is definitely some hidden dust/not clean air somewhere as my dust allergies were really picking up in this hostel, which hasn't bothered me that much in other hostels. A pleasant place to stay, a little pricey but in the middle of the city so location is ideal

Really great location close to subway and bus stations with many food spots around. The entry is slightly different to find. The staff is not the friendliest. Everything is very clean. The kitchen only consists of a microwave, so don’t expect to prepare any food there (other than maybe breakfast).

Great location next to a metro station and only a couple minutes walking from the Avenue of the Stars. Atmosphere was less great though when I was there, it would benefit from some organized activities.

Good vibe, had everything you needed. Not really too many complaints. I have been to better hostels but didn’t leave upset about anything at all.

Solid hostel in terms of bunk and showers. Basic but clean. Zero atmosphere and social scene when I was there, that seems to be a HK thing. Use the chat function on here and Nomad App to try and meet travelers if you’re solo. Well located as you’ll likely be hopping across to HK Island most of the time. Effectively in the Times Sq/Oxford St of HK. So don’t spend anytime in the immediate area. Use the metro to explore. Easy enough to get to/from the airport (60mins ish).

For Hong Kong standards there is some space. Goood location

Wonderful! Really cute and quirky hostel, exactly how a hostel should be. Felt really clean, staff was sweet and accommodating. Loved how they had shower sandals to borrow! Not really a great “kitchen” space but in a city like HK I wasn’t that focused on it for this trip. Perfect location.

Cute hostel, super clean, nice & cosy common area. Unfortunately the atmosphere was very anonymous, but apart from that, I liked my stay! :)

a little tricky to find, as there a multiple entrances to the buildingbut you'll find it if you keep trying 😆 but a good location to stay if you want to explore near the harbour

Good hostel, very good location and close proximity to the metro, shops, and some good food places. Wish it was a bit more social, but nevertheless would stay here again.
