Horrible!
La casa particular n'existe plus... Les propriétaires ont fui le pays... du coup on s'est retrouvé sans logement en le découvrant sur place. Une grosse galère. The casa particular no longer exists... The owners fled the country... so we found ourselves without accommodation when we discovered it there. A big hassle.
La personne était partie du pays, en arrivant je n’avais pas de logement
The person had left the country, when I arrived I had no accommodation.
Although we notified them of arrival time (11:00 am) and there was supposedly 24hr reception, no one was there and the neighbours said the family had left the country. We were left scrambling to find a place to stay.
Non ho apprezzato la reazione al pagare in moneta nazionale: la signora vuole €/$. Inoltre era infastidita alla mia richiesta di connettermi al wifi. Non mi sono sentita ben accolta. tuttavia ho potuto lavare a mano e stendere qualche vestito

Raquel nous a très bien accueilli dans sa maison, nous sommes resté seulement une nuit mais elle nous a conseillé les itinéraires touristiques et préparer de bons petits déjeuner. Très chaleureux, je recommande.
Raquel welcomed us very warmly into her house, we only stayed one night but she gave us advice on tourist routes and prepared a good breakfast.

We had a great stay in Cienfuegos. The room was clean and Raquel took very good care of us. She recommended a nice beach where we could spend the day and told us about everything we could do in Cienfuegos. We recommend this casa to whomever wants to spend a few days in Cienfuegos.

רחל , מסתבר שהיא יהודיה, אשה חמה ומסבירת פנים. קאסה שממש החדרים בתוך הבית ואתה יוצר לסלון של המשפחה. חדר נקי ומרווח. ארוחת בוקר טעימה וטובנ. בהחלט חוויה
Raquel é uma excelente anfitriã, fomos muito bem recebidos em sua casa, ela nos explicou da cidade inteira, estava sempre disposta a ajudar! Seu café da manhã era uma delícia e a localização da sua casa era muito boa! O quarto em que ficamos é super confortável! O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente bem, e a cortina do quarto era excelente, deixando o quarto bem escuro!!!
Raquel recebe muito bem os hóspedes e é muito prestativa. O quarto é limpo e agradável, há uma área externa confortável. O hostel fica próximos dos pontos de interesse.
Schönes Casa. Raquel war super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Sie gibt auch eine Karte von Cienfuegos mit vielen Tipps Frühstück für 5 Euro Aufpreis nur zum empfehlen
