Pai In The Sky Hostel

My room was dirty. The ceiling had mold stains and the ceiling in the bathroom. Had holes in it. Every night I had cockroaches in my room, especially the bathroom was bed. The isolation is bad and you can hear a lot of your neighbours. Which makes a goodnight sleep rare.

They had bedbugs in the shared room. Not the best place to stay.

J’ai été déçue par cet hostel, la première nuit, du fait du temple, j’ai été réveillée à 5h30 du matin par quelqu’un parlant au micro jusqu’à 7h30!! 2h non stop Il n’y a pas de réelles fenêtres donc on entend tout, j’ai eu très froid avec juste un plaid, les rideaux des fenêtres sont fins donc le jour et l’air passent Pour la localisation c’est super car à côté du street market mais pour moi le temple a tout gâché (j’aurai aimé le savoir avant pour la c�...

Place ok. The owners are unpleasant and rude. We had to stay 2 nights that we paid in advance. We then decided to add 2 more nights. That same day (the 3rd day), the owner entered our room while we were in bed and my girlfriend was in underwear, on the pretext that we had not yet paid for the extra nights, treating us like thieves and screaming. I have never seen such behavior. Not understanding English, except for the word "Pay now", he refused to read what I wrote to him about my translator.

The stuff was very kind and they even made me a discount. However, afterwards I had to pay MANY TIMES the price for my accommodation in order to fight with the bedbugs that I got from there. These guys have to do something about it ! There are many reviews here about the bugs! I didn't have chance to read them in advance as I didn't have internet connection at this time and i found the hostel as it is just in the center of Pai. But they should do something urgently!

Felt really unsafe here- there are no locks on the doors, meaning anyone off the street could walk in. There was rats seen in the bedroom. The fans did not keep the room cool and was uncomfortably hot. Also be warned every Saturday morning between 5.30AM- 7.30AM there is a very LOUD call to prayer. Meaning no sleep at all between these early hours. Overall would not recommend at all

Not the best value for money. Ants are everywhere but a good location and a small pool.

Lovely hostel, clean rooms, good location

Seriously, this is one of the best hostels that I've stayed in. I'm 64 years old and sober. This facility offers a quiet, safe, and friendly environment. The owners are sweet and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. And one of the best parts is the location. It is literally one block away from the walking street. Yet it's tucked away just enough to provide a quiet night. Oh, and there is a beautifully refreshing pool.

Aangenaam ontvangst, ook door de hostelkat. Tijdens ons verblijf hielp de gastvrouw ons steeds met al onze vragen: we kregen o.a. extra dekens toen we te koud hadden. De accommodatie was steeds zeer schoon en is op een goede locatie gelegen. Enige minpunt is dat er tot 0u best wel wat straatlawaai is. We verlengden ons verblijf tot 2 keer toe.

Would not stay there again despite the excellent location. The bathroom didn’t have a window so that the whole bedroom ended up smelling like sewer. Facilities only ok because the hostel next door allows to use pool and cafe area .

Amazing location very central and right near to 7/11. Room was decent. However the plug socket was too far from my bed, and also the walls were SO thin I could hear everything. It sounds like the people walking past are in your room, so I didn’t sleep well at all as kept getting woken up throughout the night. The lady at reception is exceptionally friendly. I’d recommend wearing earplugs if you do stay here :)

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hostel in top Lage direkt bei der walking street. Es ist sauber und alle sind super nett. Die Betten sind etwas hart und es ist kein sehr “soziales“ Hostel, aber für ruhige Aufenthalte sehr gut geeignet.

Nice hostel in great location, clean and safe. Rules were quite strict and was little to no atmosphere but it does advertise it’s not a party hostel, I think because it’s so near to a temple. All in all decent place

J’ai adoré ! L’auberge était en plein centre, mais au fond d’une rue donc quand même au calme. La chambre était très propre, ainsi que la salle de bain. Le lit était confortable C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de fontaine à eau et de machine à laver. Mais on peut faire notre lessive dans l’auberge juste à côté, alors ça va Ils ont également une piscine partagée avec cette autre auberge

Only stayed here 1 night but wish we knew about it sooner! Amazing location right behind 7/11 and the night market. Got to use the pool/outdoor area from the hostel next door as well. We booked a triple room and had a flat screen tv with Netflix. Tell all your friends!

Best Hostel ever!

Had a private room here but it was so good! The woman who worked in the reception was so sweet💕 Clean and nice. And the location is great. Bed , very good

Amazing location yet safe and quiet at night. Very basic rooms and bathroom with no storage
