Staff and services are pathetic, specially the receptionist

El hostel esta muy bien ubicado, podes caminar hacia todos lados sin problemas. Dejamos equipaje mientras haciamos nuestro trekking y fueron siempre muy amables. El wifi se conecta y desconecta muy a menudo y tiene un problema que es que es necesario dejar la llave puesta dentro para que funcione la electricidad, por lo que no podes salir de la habitación y dejar dispositivos cargando lo cual fue un pequeño problema. Uno de los dos días el agua de la ducha no salió caliente.

Pipes were not connected in the toilet and leaking. No hot shower. Went down to inform the staff that there was no hot shower and was told to keep trying. Went back down after 30mins to tell staff that shower was still cold and was told to wait upstairs while he came to fix. Staff never arrived, and I gave up. Ended up not showering after my trek because water was ice cold. Overall, poor service and bad facilities.

Good overall experience. Unfortunately I found the breakfast very light and not balanced. 2 slices of bread, a bit of banana and apple.

Personeel heel vriendelijk, ontbijt heel goed en de algemene ruimte is ook prima, maar niet heel erg sociaal verder en de voorzieningen en hygiëne is basic. Het hostel is oké

Facilities are clean, everything is well kept Social aspect is lacking a little But the staff are lovely and welcoming, and location is right off the Main Street

The food here stinks which is inconvinient and takes away from the overall value of the accomodation since I believe it's assumed you'll have 3 meals, otherwise you're charged more for your stay. Otherwise it's clean and comfortable.

Overall the hostel is okay, but not really clean. Breakfast is good, showers are hot in the afternoon and evening (solar shower). The stuff is more interested in being your „bro“ than doing their job properly. We asked them twice if we can extend our stay and they said „yes, don’t worry“. In the end we had to check out after our initial booking, because nobody extended our stay in the booking system. So we had to find another hostel very quickly…

Lovely hostel, big rooms with a nice common space and free breakfast!

Enjoyed my stay here. Beds are super comfy, dorms are nice and warm, wifi good, breakfast and drinking water nice bonus. It was low season so not the most social and events werent running, there was also issues with hot water my whole stay (5nights) so cold showers were a bit rough when its so cold outside. But staff were friendly and helpful and i booked tours/buses through them for a fair price.

Best hostel in Pokhara! Open, lively atmosphere. Everyone talks to each other, and the staff is very friendly.

Amazing accomodation with clean and comfortable rooms. Team organised all our permits for trekking and guides. Couldn’t recommend more

Nice Hostel

This hostel is perfect and social! I think it is the best you can have in Pokhara. In my opinion it is a bit further than other hostels from the lakeside street, but still close enough to walk! The beds are super comfortable and rooms clean. They have great activities and the breakfast was good as well. Would stay again!

This hostel had an absolute vibe! the staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. the food and drinks were amazing! I would stay here again, infact I wish I did book a longer stay here! Thank you so much for making our time in Pokhara incredible!

amazing hostel! the staff is always ready to help you with what ever you need and are super nice. the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. big open space to meet new people and eat a good breackfast. also the location is perfect, right near the lake and it is a good place to start some hikes in Annapurna

Great hostel! Very close to everything you could need, the staff are friendly, the food they serve is amazing (try the chicken burger!), beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean, great bar and lounge area as well. Def recommend!!

This place was super nice! Stayed in a 12 person dorm. Had curtains, nice sized beds and a nice bathroom! Would definitely stay here again. The main area was quite social and the staff were super friendly!

Excellente auberge. A 10 minutes à pied de la tourist bus station, sur le lac et très proche du centre. Personnel très très accueillant. Dortoir confortable, moderne et propre. le plus : bar, restaurant et propositions d'activités. excellent petit déjeuner qui change chaque jour.

Loved my stay here, it was perfect for before and after completing the ABC trek and great for luggage storage while I was gone. They even had scales to help me weigh my hiking pack! The bar/restaurant area was super loud at times and it kept me up a little on the first night cause my room had a window above the restaurant area. So they could have more soundproof walls and windows. Apart from that everything was perfect and I’d recommend!
