- 管理人员突然告诉我最多只能住14天 但是我已经住20多天了 我说提前退房能不能将剩余房款退给我 又让我上booking.com 操作 又要我提前走 提前退房又准备 扣房款？这么霸道的澳洲人？

+ I extented my stay there and at the last night started to have a rash. The morning I left I found a bedbug in my bed. Now my whole body is full of itching rash and getting worse. They really don’t take care about the place at all. Tap water is not drinkable But there are no signs for that. Pool is dirty and discusting. Reptiles everywhere.

+ I have enjoyed my stays here previously prior to this occasion. I was a regular as I work just out of town and often have nights in Alice Springs

- I have often enjoyed staying here, This visit there was other guests that had friends over late at night that were clearly drug effected banging on our door and other room doors, I was blamed for this and asked to leave. Another reason they gave me for being asked to leave is that I had my partner with me in a single room which I was sure I booked for 2 people on booking.com. I have stayed here often and was very disappointed with the outcome of my stay. I'm sure that after I left the problem remained because the issue was not me.

- Got locked in/ out of the room as the handle broke. Bathrooms were dirty. Gate code for the cars was different to what the booking a key said. Had to figure it out for ourselves. There was a stain in the sheets that didn’t look like they had actually been changed from the last people in the room. Didnt even stay a night put the keys back and went somewhere else.

- I would like to warn against this hostel! The conditions there are intolerable. The hostel is not cleaned properly (see photos). No one is available. There is a self-check-in, but if something needs to be discussed, there is no one to turn to. My message was also not answered. I reserve the right to take legal action because the terms of the contract were not met (contract by paying via Booking.com, so I am entitled to the services offered and paid for). Minimum standards such as cleaning the bathrooms or kitchen were not guaranteed. Two toilets were full of shit for two (!!) days without being cleaned. Using the years-old toilet brushes was just as disgusting. A "clean toilet" is also a joke. It still has specks of shit on it. There was also mouse droppings in the kitchen and in my room for days. The smell was unbearable. All the surfaces have not been thoroughly cleaned for years, and this applies to all surfaces in the hostel. The health department should really take a look at this and close this hostel because diseases can be transmitted here. - Die Küche war nicht sauber. Meine Reisepartnerin, gelernte Köchin und die letzten 26 Jahre als Lebensmittelkontrolleurin tätig, hat die Küche während unseres Aufenthaltes geputzt (alle Gestelle, wo Geschirr und Kochutensilien drauf waren).

+ Nice, clean & quiet. Very comfy beds.

+ Les espaces communs de cette auberge sont bien agencés, il y a de la place pour prendre son repas à l'extérieur, la cuisine c'est pas nickel juste parce que les gens ne sont pas propres... sinon elle est plutôt très fonctionnelle, petite piscine en prime, je recommande cet endroit. Bon rapport qualité prix.
