rude staff. Room had ants, no privacy due to lack of curtains and an awful smell. When we tried to voice our issue the staff were extremely rude, as you can see based on their replies to other reviews. Would not recommend, there is nicer in the area.

Ik was niet heel tevreden over dit hostel. De kamers zijn erg verouderd en de belichting geeft geen sfeer. De frisse lucht van de airco moest eerst door de badkamer heen, maar dit leek niet goed onderhouden. Hierdoor kreeg ik er geen goed gevoel bij dat de airco de enige ventilatie was. De schoonmaakster spoot water over mijn voeten heen onder mijn hokje van de douche door nadat ik klaar was met douchen. Ze bieden wel een leuke snorkeltour aan voor de boot met een glijbaan voor een goede prijs!

j'ai trouvé 3 coquerelles/roaches🪳🪳🪳 le jour dans ma chambre donc imaginez la nuit... Lorsque j'en ai parlé au manageur il me riait au visage.. Il a mentionné avoir des plaintes de coquerelles et punaises de lit au moins 4 fois par année🫠, mais n'a pas voulu nous rembourser pour les nuits où nous avons décidé de ne pas rester. Très mauvaise expérience

Booked a private room for 2 nights. Splurged. And it was so tiny - our backpacks barely fit. No where to hang washing, Tv didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work, drain overflowed and AC was bad. Disappointing to be honest.

This hostel is nothing like the photos. No social area or atmosphere at all & the room I stayed in was dirty and smelt of mould very strongly, when mentioned to a member of staff they basically just ignored us. The hostel is up a dark alley and at night there are aggressive dogs barking at you, very unnerving if you have to walk up here alone. If you need a hostel in Koh Tao, stay at Taco Shack.

Only one bathroom for 10 people is terrible. It’s too humid and is smells like there is mold. Also the curtains in the room don’t cover everything, there is one side of the bed where you can See Everything, because there is no curtain. There is no light on the bed. You have to pay for a towel and also pay for it if you want to change it. The employees especially at the reception are not friendly at all. All in all I felt really uncomfortable in this hostel. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hostel was good. Only complaint would be the lack of curtains at the end of the beds. Could be a bit more private

Good location. However, the curtains on the beds only cover one of the openings; the lockers don't take personal locks, just their keys; and the gym is actually just a set of weights.

Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, es liegt aber nicht in der Main Area. Das Hostel selbst bietet keine internen Aktivitäten an. Die Putzkräfte sind mehrmals täglich zu unangemessenen Zeiten reingekommen. Sie kamen schon vor acht Uhr morgens rein, haben das Licht angemacht, die Klimaanlage verstellt und einmal durchs Zimmer gefegt. Das war ziemlich laut und das Zimmer wurde dann wieder so verlassen, ohne das Licht auszuschalten. Dafür, dass so oft „geputzt“ wurde, war das Zimmer nich...

i would really recommend this hostel, the location is really good and the beds and bathrooms are nice

During my stay I found it very unsocial and hard to get interactions out of fellow guest and the staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable and staff. Bed configurations were odd, there was a curtain along the long edge of the bed but not the short edge - so when lying in bed I was staring at the person/stranger opposite me and visa versa.

Decent hostel, not very social. Bed was rock hard and curtains hardly cover any of it. Bathroom was a very good en-suite. I’m a 20 year old female solo traveller, had quite a creepy old guy in my 8 bed dorm the first night, and I think the rest of the guests were men too (I checked in at 9pm), so that was a bit uncomfortable. Met two nice guys the next day though and staff were nice.

Great location. Fairly basic accommodation. We stayed for 5 nights and felt very comfortable here.

Hygiene wasn’t everyone’s top priority. Some of the guys peed everywhere except in the toilet, and didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. AC was freezing slept with 2 sweaters & socks just to survive the night. One guy smelled so bad we had to escape the room. I had to run out to catch a breath of fresh air. Bathroom was big with 2 sinks, and toilet + shower separate which was really practical. Clothes could also be hung in the bathroom. Location very good, close but more of a quiet p...

La chambre est vraiment toute petite et assez humide! attention aux moustiques. pour le prix ça fait l’affaire mais pour une ou deux nuits.

Really sweet staff, so nice n clean bathrooms, good water pressure compared to other hostels here!! Water refiller, a lot of books to borrow aswell, I loved it!

The dormitory looked much more spacious in the photos than it actually is. The safe didn’t work, and there were lizards and other animals in the rooms. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and willing to help.

Staff are so friendly and the location is good with super clean facilities

Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Lage ist super. Das Bad ist ein wenig runtergekommen und nicht so sauber.

Staff miserable and took a big cut of my taxi fare and charged for water - atmosphere horrible Left after paying didnt stay second night. Curtains on bed horrible and didnt exist on end of beds Would definitely NOT recommend
