Not recommended, not clean, no atmosphere, unfriendly staff, charged me more than what was listed at the hostelworld app (I had a reservation)

Al parecer ha bajado drásticamente su calidad, lo decimos tras leer comentarios antiguos y ver un mural que tiene el alojamiento con agradecimientos anteriores a 2017. Lo único bueno, esta cerca de la estación de buses y es barato (pero la verdad merece la pena pagar 3-4€ más por noche y dormir en un lugar mejor). La limpieza ni estaba ni se la esperaba, además que 2 ducha-baños para 16 huéspedes es insostenible. La ropa de cama era vieja, incómoda, áspera y probablemente sucia. NO re...

The hostel was completely disorganised with only one volunteer lady to help. She did her best to keep the place clean, but there was only so much could do. There sh*t would not flush in the toilets. Furthermore, this is not a budget hostel, use of an old towel costs 2 Euros and if you take a door key there's a deposit of 4 Euros. One of the rooms is full of construction workers who live there. There are much better hostels don't stay here.

The bathroom situation was pretty tragic. Both toilets (there’s only 2) were full and wouldn’t flush, I ended up just leaving for the bus station early in the morning so I could go to the bathroom.

The place was pretty dirty and the general mood not very welcoming

Make sure your given the door code otherwise you can't get in the building on arrival (we got lucky and a guest let us in on their way out). Also they do not respond to emails. Beds are good but only 2 bathrooms for many many people. Fantastic location for the bus station.

I took a gamble and it didn't pay off. the toilets aren't strong enough to flush number 2's :( and the lighting at night is horrible. the atmosphere feels off. it is cheap and very close to the station, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This place is pretty familiar and Macedonian, very safe overall regardless of any kind of appearance. I want to thank the owner and the staff very much. It was a very pleasant and local experience. Visit them!!!

Solo hay una pastilla de jabón en el hotel. No hay papel higiénico. El inodoro siempre está atascado y huele a suciedad por todas partes.

The place is not bad. It only needs some serious management and heavy cleaning and tidying. What I learned is that, during my stay, the owner was away on vacation and his son was running it. Because of work, he could only stop by once a day, and he couldn't cope with it all. Thus, so much rubbish to be collected and so many pieces of bed linen to be washed. All stacked in the toilet. To make matters worse, most guests don't do their part to keep the place clean.

Very simple hostel in a good location. Stayed for one night and it served its purpose as a place to sleep.

it was an interesting experience

Loved our stay at Hostel Valentin. A good kitchen, super friendly and helpful hosts, and comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. Also just a few minutes walk from the bus station. Would recommend staying here while in Skopje!

The hostel was really close to the bus terminal, but still walking distance from the city center. The staff (Bobby) was really helpful and nice.

It's very close to the bus station which was my main need for staying there. The staff spoke English, The wifi was strong, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the kitchen area was well appointed.

Nice cozy hostel, feels like a shared Apartment. The staff was really nice and the location is perfect!

Great price, great location right next to bus station and only 15 minute walk to city centre! Had everything you need to be comfortable for a few nights. I ended up extending my stay! Would recommend if youre looking affordable accommodation in a convenient location!

Il n’y a pas de chambre « réservée aux filles » comme spécifié sur internet. Ce n’est pas vraiment une auberge « girl friendly » mais ça peut dépanner pour une nuit ou deux pas plus
