- On Friday 26/09/2025, at approximately 11:00 pm, I personally dropped Dr. Osama Osman at EBS London Stay. To our shock, there was no reception, no staff, and no responsible person present to receive him. Instead, the door was opened by a clearly intoxicated young man who casually pointed us to where the room key had been left. Upon entering the premises, the situation worsened. The room itself carried a horrendous stench, was unclean, and was surrounded by individuals reeking of alcohol. The entire environment was unsafe, unsettling, and completely inappropriate for any guest—let alone a doctor who had just endured a long journey and was expecting basic hospitality. Even more concerning, Dr. Osman was travelling with expensive professional equipment, and it was immediately clear that leaving it in such an environment posed a serious risk of theft. The presence of intoxicated strangers in the building made the situation not only unacceptable but outright dangerous. It was absolutely impossible for Dr. Osman to remain in such disgraceful conditions. With no alternative provided, we were forced—at our own expense—to secure another hotel nearby at that late hour. This ordeal caused not only inconvenience but also great distress and humiliation. I cannot overstate my disappointment. What was advertised as accommodation turned out to be a dangerous and uninhabitable environment, utterly unfit for any guest. I therefore demand an immediate full refund for this booking, without delay. Anything less would be unacceptable given the circumstances. To whom it may concern, On Friday 26/09/2025 around 11:00 pm, we dropped Mr. Osama Osman at EBS London Stay. On arrival, there was no reception or any staff member to check him in. At the door, we were met by a drunk young man who opened the door and showed us where the room key was. When we checked the room, it had a very bad smell, was not clean, and was full of people with a strong alcohol smell all over.

- People are living here for months, claiming rooms as their own and causing issues for anyone who comes to stay. Old house retrofitted to a terrible hostel, not nearly large enough for everyone crammed in, no lockers in the room, thoroughly falsely advertised, no staff

+ The pre-arrival information was perfectly clear.

- Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete my stay. When I arrived, there were no available lockers due them all being either locked or broken. When I contacted the manager to ask what I should do with my valuables, he replied that the police had been round that morning and damaged them, and there was nothing he could do. I said I was sorry to hear that, and politely explained that with nowhere to store my valuables, I wouldn’t be able to stay there, so I was moving to alternative accommodation. I asked if we might discuss a refund (even a partial one) and received no reply. I have since chased this a number of times and been ignored. I find this treatment rude, and it shows they don’t care about their visitors. I tried my best to be polite in all correspondence. Furthermore, the bathroom ceiling in my dormitory was covered in mould. Please see attached photos of the bathroom ceiling, and my email exchange with the manager.

+ Single bed was hello, it was like sleeping in a coffin. How do you put rooms under places that look like stairs cases??? My head was hitting the ceiling and showers, no reception to pick calls or complain to. Bunk beds were better in my previous visit

+ Not what i wanted for the few nights of Stay did not any shared bunk beds room for a few nights.

- The Room Was very Unclean And it where Bunk Beds i did not want bunk beds for the time i booked the stay for.

+ Well -looked after place!Reminders to keep the Environment we use clean and tidy.Friendly staff who respond to requests promptly.All provisions for a comfortable stay provided.Info on local attractions and available transport services!I have been going out more than I did the last 5 years.People are so organised and make use of time .Overall its quiet.

- To be honest,I am happy I just worry about thinking of Storage for my extra stuff.

+ I booked a room as I wanted a shower before going to dinner and the theatre. I had not booked to stay overnight. Online the shower looked decent, but on arrival this was not the case as due to cleanliness I was disappointed.

+ I like the place and quiet place,very clean .Bedroom thoroughly cleaned .Friendly staff and others.Again great location ,can connect everywhere including Airports and Attraction.

- I haven't experienced anything negative this week.I spent the Day out mostly.
