+ Чисто, уютно, удобно

- За дверью комнаты шумно работала машинка и сушилка всю ночь

+ Good location with supermarkets next door/ across street. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious rooms/ beds with bedside light and charging point. Immaculately clean (and sufficient number of) bathrooms (separate for male/ female and also separate showers and toilets). Wonderfully nice, patient and helpful male administrator working the front desk (who helped me resolve a payment issue with Booking.Com). Free use of laundry and drying machine (cheap to buy a soap capsule/ pod from front desk) with available drying rack. Decent kitchen facilities (large fridge, stove).

- Institutional feel to the very large complex and even the sitting/ common area at reception is dark and feels cold/ impersonal… the kitchen became the de facto area to meet people. Rooftop patio needs a sun umbrella/ cover to protect from the strong sun as it’s too hot to be up there in the day as is (evenings are nice). More hooks needed in the showers. Need some better/ newer kitchen items- ie the stove does not light easily as it’s old.

+ The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The stylish interiors create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and the manager was exceptionally warm and courteous. The view from our room was absolutely marvelous, a highlight of the stay. We also deeply appreciate that the profits from renting go toward education programs — such a meaningful initiative that makes staying here feel even more worthwhile.

- The biggest issue during our stay was the poor sound insulation between rooms. One night, a large group of about 30 people had a late-night meeting, and when it ended, they all returned to their rooms on the same floor. The noise from their footsteps, door slamming, card beeping, loud conversations, and general commotion was overwhelming. While it’s understandable that a group of this size might make some noise after an event, the lack of proper soundproofing made it impossible to sleep for over an hour until everyone finally settled down. This significantly impacted my experience.

+ The hotel is in a great location right in the city center. The interiors are stylish and well-maintained, making it very comfortable to stay. The manager was friendly and polite, which added to the positive experience.

- The security at the reception desk initially refused to call the manager for check-in, saying, “we are already closed.” It was only after I pointed out that it was still 15 minutes before the 9:00 PM check-in cutoff that the manager was called. Additionally, contrary to what was said about a “24-hour entry policy,” the doors were locked at 3 AM. I had to knock for several minutes in freezing weather before being let in by security. I understand that managing overnight security can be challenging, but a simple multilingual note on the door with instructions or a phone number to call for entry would have been really helpful.

+ Отель на одном из этажей учебного центра. Чисто, тихо. На первом этаже можно пользоваться кухней. Очень гостеприимная девушка на ресепшен. Удобная , большая кровать.

+ New, clean facilities, good common kitchen, nice roof terrace. Good cheap place to eat in back of the supermarket next door.

- Common area shared with school students. Roof terrace has no covered part, which makes it relatively useless in the rain.

+ Отель чистый, в современном здании, в центре города. Есть общая кухня, рабочая зона, лифт. Красивая терраса на крыше, где можно посидеть и насладиться видами Дилижана. На этаже есть стиральная и сушильная машины (берите с собой капсулы для стирки). Рядом супермаркет, кафе, винный бар.

- Шумоизоляция не очень - двери громко стучат (решаемо, если установить доводчики), замок громко пищит. В один из дней отключилось электричество - в некоторых номерах перестал работать электронный замок на вход в номер (сели батарейки) - потенциально опасная ситуация, за которой отелю нужно следить. Еще видно, что ремонт не самый качественный - хостел существует всего год, а уже есть протечки и трещины в отделке.

- One time the shower wasn’t working properly, the water was very weak. It had just stormed so I wonder if it the shower pressure issue was caused by the bad weather.

+ Hostel flambant neuf, extrêmement confortable (lits, oreillers, couettes...), la cuisine très bien équipée, les sanitaires très propres, la machine à laver et le sèche linge mis à disposition, l'accueil et les conseils de la réfection !

+ Die Lobby ist krass. Wer kochen will, findet eine riesige Küche im EG. Alles sehr warm, neu. Perfekt. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit, wenn besetzt.

- Die Aufteilung der Betten im Zimmer ungewöhnlich und nicht für Kennenlernen geeignet.

+ I truly appreciate the staff, reception, housekeeping, security, everyone is amazing. I absolutely love this hostel, and it has been the best hostel experience I’ve ever had.
