En saanut pin-koodia millä olisi voinut tehdä myöhäisen Check-Inin. Olin tehnyt varauksen yli 24h ennen varauksen alkua Bookingissa. Pin-koodi kuulemma lähetetään 24h ennen varauksen alkua. Ei ollut roskapostissakaan. Eivät vastaa puhelimeen vaikka vastaanoton pitäisi olla auki klo 14 asti sunnuntaina! Haluan rahat takaisin!

Huonot huoneet hintaan verrattuna ja ruokakin oli pahaa

Una auténtica ESTAFA. Reservé una habitación con dicho hostal. En el anuncio ponía que la habitación era individual, pero cuando me llegó la confirmación, vi que se trataba de una habitación compartida entre unas diez personas. Dada la información engañosa del anuncio, contacte con el hostal para explicar lo que había ocurrido y a solicitar la cancelación de la reserva. Por su parte, el hostal me informó que no era problema de ellos, sino del proveedor que publico mal el anuncio, y ...

No aconsejo a nadie , está situado en una isla, tienes que depender de los horarios de los barcos para llegar . Y otro aspecto, tenia un problema con el hotel, que no había manera de resolver. Me prometieron anular una reserva gratis( verbalmente ), y luego dijieron que reserva no reembolsable. Decir claramente- son mentirosos.

Podrían mejorar la limpieza de los baños, y tener las camas hechas para que cuando algún palurdo llegue a las doce de la noche cuando todos duermen, a parte de hacer ruido con todo su equipaje y el Locker no tenga que hacer la ccama y seguir molestando al resto.

Tämä on kuin olisi yhtäkkiä ruotsissa niin epäsuomalainen paikka kuin olla ja voi. Hostelliksi silti hyvä.

Oltiin leirikoulussa ja yövuyimme 2 yötä tiisena yönä kaverini sängyssä oli 7 muurahaista ja koko huone ihan muurahaisissa seinissä kädenjälkiä ja sängyistä kuuluu kova meteli ei kyllä saatu unta muutenki koko hostelli oli muurahaisissa ja huoneemme nurkissa oli jotain valkoista en kyllä tule toisen kerran

Would have rather stayed in Helsinki and did day trip to Suomenlinna. Bed was uncomfortable and lockers were small. The common area is in an eating area and it wasn't really good set up to draw people to meet. There was a school trip of screaming children and the staff didn't make any effort to tell their chaperones to quiet them down.

Olin 4.5.-6.5.2026 leirikoulussa kyseisessä hostelissa luokkani kanssa. Oli todella kivaa ja pidin siitä reissusta. Minulla oli luokkakavereiden kanssa 10 hengen huone. Sänkyihin oli piirretty/töherretty kaikkea asiattomia/loukkaavia tekstejä ja piirrustuksia. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä porukkaa ja palvelu hyvää, mutta henkilökunta voisi vähän useammin/enemmän siivota hostellihuoneet. Suositteln kuitenkin käymään siellä. Paljon nähtävyyksiä, ruokakauppa noin 100 metrin ...

Tämä on kuin olisi yhtäkkiä ruotsissa niin epäsuomalainen paikka kuin olla ja voi. Hostelliksi silti hyvä.

Pasamos allí dos días y una noche y solo puedo decir que fue una maravillosa elección para finalizar nuestro viaje. La ubicación es inmejorable, ya que está cerca del ferry. La Isla merece mucho la pena y dormir en el alberge hace la visita mucho más entrañable. La habitación para 4 estaba supe limpia, así como toda la ropa de cama y toallas. El baño a pesar de ser compartido también estaba muy limpio. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras.

Wonderful place to stay. My only regret is that I didn’t stay on Suomenlinna longer simply because the hostel is so cozy. P.S. as a Canadian, I love the no shoes indoors policy

Huoneet mukavat ja yhteistilat köytännölliset

Hostel excelente e tranquilo, a poucos passos do ferry. Como cheguei após as 15h, recebi o código de entrada por e-mail, e um envelope com a chave do meu quarto e instruções estava em uma caixa no saguão. Tive um quarto só para mim, pois o hostel estava vazio (apenas mais dois hóspedes), o que para alguns pode ser incômodo, mas achei ótimo. Na manhã seguinte, o hostel estava movimentado com a chegada de um grupo de excursão. A recepcionista Suski foi muito simpática e prestativa. Rec...

J'avais réservé cet hostel sans me rendre compte que c'était sur une île. Et bien j'ai bien fait de me tromper! L'auberge est top et le lieu est absolument magnifique ! L'accès en ferry est simple, et il y en a jusqu'à 2h du matin, donc pas de stress de le rater. Je suis arrivée après les heures d'ouverture donc je n'ai pas vraiment eu d'occasion de rencontrer le personnel, mais tout était prêt pour mon arrivée! Vraiment, allez y!

Just amazing place. So friendly and attentive staff. They went extra mile with the first aid kit for my mum. Much appreciaited. Hostel is very well maintained and stands in truly unique island in Helsinki arcipelago. I would love go back one day.

2011년경 여행했습니다 늦은 시간에 체크인 할때 전화로 잘 알려주시고 어느날은 저 혼자 묶은 날도 있었어요 방에만 있어서 무섭지 않고 스탭들은 다들 친절 했었습니다 깨끗하고 안락해서 일부러 이곳에 묵었는데요 배 버스를 타고 왔다 갔다하는게 불편할수있는데 차분하고 특별한 숙소로 추천 드려요

Great in every single way

We had a great stay here! The place was very clean (bathrooms, shared kitchen and rooms). And the staff was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. The also gave us some tips for the island :) The only minus was that walls upstairs were not so thick so you can hear the upper floor and outside a bit more than we would have wanted. But still slept well. Will definitely be coming back to this hostel!

Niepowtarzalne miejsce

Do it do it do it. Go there and experience the island especially in the evenings when it's quieter. The only thing I would say, and it's my fault I didn't read the pre stay info is there is no oven just 2 electric hobs a couple of pans and a microwave. So my pizza was soggy.

The facilities were quite good. The hostel had a working kitchen when I was there, murals over the walls in a cute Chinese style, and a small common area. I was there in the off season so people were keeping to themselves, but the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I didn't have a padlock and they did not provide one, so I was a bit worried about security.

Great stay at this cozy hostel. Large living room. Kitchen for guests. Very clean. Possibility to go for a walk early in the morning on the island before the tourists arrive. Well located right next to the ferry. I recommend this place to rest.
