- Niente vaffanculo

+ Nunca aluguem um quarto nesse lugar,banheiros sujos , fui roubada, sem nem uma segurança,fui alugar uma moto na placa estava um valor e quando fui pagar queria me cobrar outro,quando acertamos o valor que estava na placa quando fui pagar me cobrou a mais… se eu não tivesse prestado atenção ia ficar por um valor bem mais alto.. então prestem atenção quando forem pagar , não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém, se você quer ter uma estadia boa não vá para lá

- We did book many months advance room with a sea view and privet bathroom. When we arrived they were trying to give us a small room without windows and didn,t have anything there just bed. They didn’t offer any solutions and sayd take it or live. So we left and find so much better place with nice apartment with 3 pools same price as this.

+ I couldn't sleep at night I had to move to another place.

- Room is completly open and no keys are given to the room and to the hostel itself as it is open over night, meaning any person can just walk into the room. Feels very unsafe for a woman to stay there imo.

+ The workers were friendly

- The sheets of my bed weren't clean, I didn't realise at the time but then later I would wake up in the middle of the night itchy. There were scabies in the bed. Then I had to leave very early in the morning when there was no worker to speak to. This was the worst stay imaginable. Seriously don't book here the standards are so awfully low if this could happen.

- Showed up to find out that there was no power (including wifi, AC, and unable to use the toilet/shower). Everywhere else on the street was working so I think it would be helpful for them to invest in a generator if this is a common occurrence as obviously it makes it pretty much impossible to do basic things. I know they can’t control the power supply but they weren’t very apologetic about it, couldn’t give me any sense of time when it was going to come back on, and didn’t offer any help about where I should go in the meantime. After a few minutes I decided to leave, went back downstairs to find a staff member who I could talk to, and although there were about 10 people who seemed to be staff milling about, not one of them went out of their way to ask me what I needed help with, as I was clearly looking around trying to find someone to make eye contact with in the pitch black 🤣 quite disappointing as I’m a solo traveller and picked this place partially because of the reviews about all the friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault them as at least they didn’t charge me but again no apologies when I told them I was going to leave, definitely a decision I wasn’t happy about and didn’t take lightly as it was around 8pm at this point and I had to go back out onto the street with my suitcase and try to find another place for the night. Can’t comment on the rest of the facilities as I wasn’t there long enough but the hostel is also right on a road with tons of traffic and i can’t imagine it gets too quiet at night.

- ריח חזק מאוד של טיגון מחניק. המקום נראה רע והרצפה מלוכלכת, השירותים מטונפים. נשארתי בחדר או שהייתי בחוץ כי היה ריח ככ רע ורק שם היה אוויר.

+ Solo hacer el check-in, decidimos abrir la ventana de la habitación y esta se cayó. Bajamos corriendo a decírselo al staff y su respuesta se redujo a que teníamos que pagar 2500 baths. Pese a indicarles que no habíamos hecho absolutamente nada, solo intentar abrirla, insistieron en que o pagábamos o llamaban a la policía. Teniendo en cuenta las instalaciones del resto del hostel, raro es que no se caiga el resto del edificio.

+ Nothing good to say about this hostel !

- We had to leave the hotel in the evening with our VERY tired 1 year old baby and our 5 year old son as we found out that the double bed in our room was broken. It had a Big hole in it! We found out about the bed minutes after we had returned to our room after a long day out, so we had only stayed in the room for minutes in total and found out as soon as my boyfriend sat on the bed and fell down the hole. The lady from the front desk mocked me and blamed me (because of my slight overweight) that the bed broke - she wanted us to pay for a new bed(!), and just said: “you can’t find anywhere else to sleep now, so this bed will just have to do - just sleep in the foot end. I won’t make a discount either” She was really viscious, and kept saying really bad stuff about me in front of everybody at the hotel and my kids! Some of the other staff there were embaressed with the way she acted and came and told us and said Sorry. The other beds in our room were SO unpleassant as well, so no matter what we would have had a terrible stay there! Even though I suggested several solutions - for example to just get a single madress on the floor instead, she would NOT help us ! We ended up on the street with all our luggage late in the evening with no where to go and a baby and a 5 year old who were SO tired and in chok over what had just happened with all the yelling to their moms face and having to leave the hostel so late without any options or suggestions of a solution from the hostel. It was only when I mentioned that I would call tourist police that she gave us our cash back. She seemed in head of P & T Hostel, and is a viscious person behind her otherwise fake smile. There are MANY better hotel options along the same road for a better price than this uncomfortable place !! (We stayed different places around this area for 3 weeks, so we know). This is the worst hotel-experience we have EVER had, and we travel alot! I would NEVER stay here again.

- Location wasn’t ideal, on booking it seemed it had a communal pool which it didn’t have.

+ .. nach etwas kühlem Empfang stellte sich eine herzliche Atmosphäre ein. Sehr nettes Personal ☺️. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist TOP!!

- Es handelt sich um ein Hostel mit einigen Privatzimmern. Ich habe bewusst kein *****Resort gebucht. Jedoch sollte die (Armaturen am Waschbecken, Ablagen) dringend erneuert werden.

+ The staff was very nice and helpful and did speak English.

- The room wasn’t super nice. No privacy curtains and the roommates were more the kind making me uncomfortable.

+ Very nice place and location, also good price for double bedroom. Breakfast very good (only orange juice was bad) I recommend 👍

- Late check in (after 10) was very complicated. They should leave the key somewhere when this happens to avoid complications.

- Las sabanas y las dos frazadas estaban sucias. Olian a polvo mugre y a otra persona, y tenian pelos. El baño sucio tambien. El personal un amor igual pero no habian limpiado nada..
