Not a social hostel with tiny rooms an uncomfortable beds

The rooms had no space and had very squeaky beds without curtains. It wasn’t very clean. And there is no atmosphere . It is a walk away from the main area in koh samui. But the staff were nice.

On arrival there was no one to check us in and no staff in the building, we managed to get hold of a employee who had a code to a lock box we let our self in and went in the room. It was a very basic room with only beds. There was a huge long bug in the bed which was horrible and hard to get out. The bathroom is in the hallway and only had one sink to share with the whole floor. There were no staff until we checked out so we didn’t pay until the last day. The hostel felt unsafe would not stay.

Although the staff was incredibly helpful and nice, the rooms were constantly filthy. The rooms were never cleaned by the maid. She would come, walk two steps, broom only those two steps, and then go after I repeatedly requested her to clean the rooms. It was strange. When we were there, she did this every day. Rooms smelled like sweat. the restrooms were shared by both men and women so it was inconvenient for everyone. Don't stay here unless staying for a day

We were overcharged and not refunded the money. Staff didn’t offer us any money to compensate and asked us to go to the local police to sort the issue out. Apart from this decent hostel.

we enjoyed our stay at the yp hostel. the location and staff were great, however you won’t have much privacy because there aren’t any curtains at the bed.

Good location, near the beach and busy spots. Top bunks were very unstable and made a lot of noise, there were also no curtains.

The hostel is quite basic: 1 towel provided, functioning wifi, though lacking curtains on the beds. I was alone in my room so it was a major issue. Overall, it felt a bit empty but again, I was there for a night so I didn’t mind. I had an issue with the A/C, but the staff promptly resolved it by relocating me to another room, even beyond reception hours. While not as central as my previous stay in Chaweng beach, the location remains convenient enough as it’s close to the airport.

I had a private room. It was quite and clean but it looked a bit like a bunker 🙈. They could improve it by hanging up some decorations, which will improve the social aspect. The bathrooms could use a clean more often. The location is ok. Overall I would go here again!

VERY creaky beds like actually comical,little bit out of the way but if you have a bike it's fine,the owner is helpful and nice

Good place with what you need. Nice location close to the beach and restaurants etc. The staff was very nice and went to many lengths to help us ! It was amazing.

Super expérience dans cet hostel, un grand merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse et ses indications. Ne pas hésiter à demander des conseils (visites, trajet retour) à l’accueil.

servizi modesti, camere claustrofobiche. Bisogna aver fortuna di capitare con persone di buon senso in camera. Nel complesso buona struttura, ma non super accogliente ecco...

Auberge bien située. le personnel est très gentil, serviable(merci pour le early check-out! ), réactif. Pour exemple, un des pommeaux de douche était cassé, ils ont corrigé le problème directement après que nous les ayons prévenu. Ça convient très bien pour quelques jours.

Best value for money hostel with good location and facilities like grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacy /hospital around the area. Not like party hostel with activities. Best of noise free stay. The bunk bed steel structure seems little weak to me. The owner and staff are really good and caring.

Just stayed here one night prior to flying early morning. 15 minute walk from Chewang beach and also close to the airport. Was perfect as I wanted a quiet night. I didnt meet any other guests and had the dorm to myself. They also provide sound to the airport. Staff are very friendly.

Stayed for one night before flying out. Didn’t see anyone else staying but rooms were new and clean. Can’t complain for the price. Lady checking me in was super friendly and helped booked taxi to airport. 10 / 15 min walk to the clubs and busy area
