This hostel is terrible. The bedsheets were dirty and the covers underneath the sheets were way worse… the beds are very uncomfortable. This Hostel is the worst place I‘ve ever been to. Everything is really really dirty. The bed sheets Look Like they haven‘t got changed for 10 years. The fridge is absolutely disgusting. The mattress was crazy uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. The window of the room was broken and it got hella cold in the nights. Not safe for solo female travellers.

Bed bugs bite hard and the itching can last for weeks. They go in your suitcase home and spread. Fumigation doesn’t work well.

I stayed one night and experienced multiple problems in the room: * Bed sheets had a strong bad smell (both beds). * Bathroom and toilet had a strong odor, and the toilet seat fell off. * The shower head holder fell off and could not be used. Last Hope is a good name for this place which i stayed on December 2024 where nothing worked everything was dirty and me and other friends ended up with Bed Bugs. Really did not like how low quality it all was.

Completely neglected hostel. The mattresses and pillows were awful — old, yellow-stained, and extremely uncomfortable, with noisy springs poking into your back. Impossible to get any rest. Definitely not recommended.

I never leave negative feedback however I am 99.99% sure this hostel gave my partner and I bed bugs and after reading previous reviews I am almost certain. Diego is a fantastic host however I would be VERY cautious staying here due to this, or at the very least check your bedding!!! Would not recommend this hostel until bed bug issue is properly addressed.

I have never left a hostel without staying prior to this, but the bedding was so dirty, we couldn’t even stay for the one night we had booked. There were marks on the mattress and sheets that looked suspiciously like bed bugs, and there were even dead bugs under the beds. The pillows that were presumably once white were yellow. Solo female travelers beware

Really interesting hostel. The outside looks amazing, but the inside looks like it was built 30 years ago, never finished and never maintained. In the lobby you can see the concrete floor through a hole in the flooring, some of the showers have basically no attached floor tiles left and no way to hold te shower head. Met some super cool people during my stay, Vibes were good, expect there is a strict quiet hour policy some nights. Overall very clean and vibes were good

Great hostel. Unfortunately I was only here one night but I would have liked to stay longer. We had a private room that was a bit cold, but when we mentioned this the owner moved us immediately to a much warmer room so I'm very grateful for this. I really liked the atmosphere here and the receptionist was helping to make connections with people who want to do similar things.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel is in a convenient location 7 minutes from the main square and 20 minutes from the bus station on foot. The hostel offers a laundry service for 8000 pesos/load (~10kg) in April 2026. Note the hostel is cash only in April. Small hostel with a Really personable homely atmosphere which made it a really socialable hostel, the staff were amazing on giving free information and advice on the torres del paine, only annoying thing they didn't have a working card machine so had to pay by cash

Hostel is amazing. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen and solid security. The location is right in the heart of town. Breakfast and coffee is a bonus! Diego is the best and super helpful.

This hostel was the best hostel iv stayed at in the whole of South America ! It has such a homely feeling to it and a great place to relax, the solve was spotless and the owner was absolutely amazing!

Un très bon hostel où faire halte à Puerto Natales, un jolie cadre et un excellent rapport qualité prix. Bémols : pas de rideaux dans les chambres, qui sont parfois froides. Et beaucoup de bruit le matin, aucune isolation phonique.

This hostel was amazing A great friendly and homely hostel , great for a few days rest before hiking in Patagonia. There is a comfy couch and a great tv with Netflix and Disney plus for the guests to use. Diego was an amazing host too!

Diego (the owner) is a really nice guy and the vibe was super chill. Only thing that was annoying is that I couldn’t adjust the heating in our room (which was really hot when I came in). Diego had to do it but he was already asleep. My bed was also a bit cranky so not the best. But the vibe is great!

One of my favourite hostels in all of Patagonia. Diego is the best and Sofi was so helpful. Breakfast is great, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s sections for free food/clothes/equipment etc

We had a really lovely stay here for 5 nights. Rooms were simple, clean and in the process of getting refurbished. Common areas were cosy and sociable. Breakfast was good also. Highlight was the staff - Diego and Sofi were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for us. It was one of our favourite hostels we’ve stayed in over 4 months of travelling.
