Bungalow Hostel

- Ruined my experience in Iguazu! The location of the room: The most expensive room in the hostel is almost a storage room for the reception. It is located inside the reception area, next to an external corridor. The interior of the room: Being the most expensive room on-site, it is extremely small, uncomfortable, and dirty. The bed has a foam mattress that sinks when a person lies down, and there were small insects on the bed. The window cannot be opened due to a large number of mosquitoes that come in, and it is not possible to open the curtain to let in light without losing privacy, as the window leads directly to an external corridor where people pass by and can see inside the room. The wardrobe for storing clothes has no shelves, is FILTHY, full of dust, mold, and insects, and also contains a broken appliance that no longer works. The blanket inside the wardrobe smells of dust and was full of mold and insects. The "air conditioning" has a broken grille, is very noisy, and has a lot of dust inside it. The room has live and dead cockroaches, and many mosquitoes. Silence: There is none! Since the room is in the reception area, you can hear everyone passing by, what they say, and even their footsteps. There is an external corridor where you can hear people all the time, as if the noise were inside the room. To make matters worse, the bar is in front of the reception where the room is located - and the bar plays loud music until midnight. I believe this is done on purpose to make it impossible for guests to stay and force them to look for another place, and with their policy of not refunding money, they leave guests at a financial, health, and emotional loss, as the owner is narcissistic, emotionally unstable, and threatening.

- It was such a regret! One of the worst places l slept in 7 years of travels. I stayed in the 4 bed dorm which is upstairs and seems nice but has a smell of dust and humid wood because it is an old chalet. You can’t open the window because mosquitoes come in. Matress is awful, a sponge mattress, it collapses when you lie down. I wanted to sleep on the floor. l had 2 sleepless nights. l also have a bump on my head because l hit the ceiling while sitting on the bed because you can’t sit on the bed. Bathroom is downstairs (the dorm is on top) and very old and dirty, they never put soap. Kitchen is an outdoor kitchen, not well maintained, even to put something in the fridge l was disgusted. Location is not convenient. 20 minutes walk to the center or take the bus, and no grocery store nearby. Lastly, never ask for laundry. It is like a joke. They don’t know how to do it, they messed up my clothes. After waiting for 1,5 days for my clothes I had to leave to the airport wearing wet clothes and my luggage full of humid clothes, and my light colored shirts now have a weird black dirt that doesn’t go away. I mean, what the hell really!

- Arrendé la habitación individual para descansar y relajarme de mejor manera, sin embargo en ninguno de mis días pude sentirme así, al punto que preferí terminar mi hospedaje un día antes para poder descansar de verdad. Las instalaciones son muy anticuadas, se escucha rechinar tanto el piso como la escalera del lugar, la habitación individual es muy cerrada, si no tienes el aire acondicionado encendido( que era muy antiguo y sonaba demasiado) se siente una constante sensación de ahogo por la humedad y el calor de la zona. La ducha se rebalsaba lo cual hacía que se mojara todo el baño. Por último estaba lleno de mosquitos, terminé todo picado en la zona de las piernas y brazos. Para colmo en la última noche que me quedé había demasiado ruido (música externa que duró hasta altas horas de la madrugada) por lo que no pude dormir casi nada. Al hacer de manera anticipada el check out no hicieron la devolución por el día. Al final acepté eso con tal de dormir en otro lado de manera mas cómoda, considerando que estás pagando por la habitación mas cara del hostal dejaba mucho que desear.

- * las personas duermen con sus mascotas, en las dos noches que estuve un gato se pasó para mi cama en la madrugada en busca de comida y no pude dormir bien, le dije al dueño del gato, quien solo lo retiró y se volvió a dormir, el gato siguió en la madrugada entre cama y cama. * no hay una política u horario de ruido. * no hay control en el orden de las habitaciones, parecen celdas de una cárcel, cada uno con su desorden. * la entrada, cuando llueve, se genera bastante lodo. Definitivamente pasé muy mala experiencia en un hostel que solo busqué para dormir (porque todo el tiempo estuve por fuera) y ni eso pude. Si tienen chance de pagar un poco más por un hostel mejor, haganlo!

+ Номер, конечно, ужасный для людей, привыкших к отелям. И, видимо, нормальный для заключенных и нищих бэкпекеров, лежащих по 20 человек в казарме на двухэтажных кроватях. В номере все убито, словно Мамай прошел, при этом раздолбанный кондиционер тарахтит, но работает, горячая вода течет, интернет есть, номер на двоих, в номере (единственном в хостеле) есть отдельный санузел. Но ушатанность обстановки, конечно, удручает донельзя. На фото все выглядело гораздо лучше. С другой стороны, что вы хотели за 18 долларов? В Уругваем я за 60 баксов имел номер хуже, но то Уругвай...

- My room and my bed wss uncomfortable. Staff not overly communitive or helpful.

+ Super freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre. Schöner Garten zum Entspannen. Mir hat die etwas ruhigere Lage sehr gefallen.

+ Great staff, and the location was close to a supermarket. They had a bar and goof music while I was there. Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area to relax in. Quiet location.

- If I was going to say anything, it would be the hot water in one bathroom was unpredictable and sometimes a clogged toilet. I think that was from people flushing paper, I'm not sure. But could only confidently use one other toilet and that was out doors. But otherwise great! Not a lot of room in the fridge.

+ Comfy beds, close to a supermarket and bus stop. Really chilled atmosphere. The outdoor area was large and great to relax with space.
