Staff were friendly, People staying there were not… Yt hippies… so if ur into that go for it but I found most Europeans there to be rude asf. Also the whole floor in the dorms reverberates when someone steps. Those Europeans don’t know how to tread lightly or considerately of others sleeping.
The hostel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, I ended up staying only one night out of the three I had originally booked. The main issue was the mattress in my dorm bed—it was so worn out that I could feel the slats underneath, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the toilet paper provided in the dorm bathroom was just napkins. However, toilet paper rolls are available at the reception
I booked a semi private room to come there and rest a bit more. However, because the hostel is positioned between a lot of locals, there was a rooster behind my wall and I slept horribly. Eventually I left earlier than I had planned. The staff was friendly but they couldn’t do anything because they were fully booked.
I’m not super happy about my stay, but nothing was wrong. I felt like everyone was traveling with someone there and it wasn’t very social. You couldn’t get a fresh towel even if you paid to rent one, which is the first time that happened to me. The bathroom situation is not ideal. It is an open hostel so it is warm and humid, and the bugs is everywhere.
Nice atmosphere. Mosquito net are quite small and there is no furniture to put the luggage on near the bed. So not so convenient and lots of ants. Average breakfast for Philippines. Nice personnel.
Booked a dorm room but my friend ended up coming so asked to upgrade to a private room with AC which they were happy for me to do. 2hrs later they said someone else had booked it online…when I had confirmed with the receptionist much earlier. Stayed in a private room with fan but very hard bed (felt like I was sleeping on wood) and dog barking kept me up all night even with ear plugs. Worst night sleep I had in the Philippines - left after 1 night
We were disappointed with our stay, we left after just one night. It is down a dirt road which our tricycle wouldn’t go down, due to recent rain we got very muddy walking the rest of the way. Although we knew the rooms were only divided by curtains we did expect the curtains to hang from the roof - they did not, this meant the fans were near useless and there was plenty of bugs and noise coming in through the night. Our mosquito net had holes in it, we got many bug bites during the night.
It is a lovely place with great staff, who take care of keeping it clean and in great condition. It is a beautiful site and very chill. I really did not like how dark it was though, there is no windows anywhere, so even during the day you almost need a torch in the common areas and in my room. Also, there is not really much of a social vibe, which, given the hectic vibe of Panglao is not that bad. This place would be amazing in a different location. Like this, it is difficult to recommend: if ...
really good option if you want a centrally located place that's near the main strip, nice big clean room
A nice setting with a nice chill out area and basic rooms. The bathrooms aren’t in great condition though. I was also eaten alive by mosquitos.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is peaceful and out of the way of the slightly chaotic Panglao. The beds are comfortable and the private rooms are equipped with fans that keep you cool. Probably not the most exciting in terms of atmosphere but depends if you’re wanting to party or rather a place with chilled island vibes 😊
Muy cerca de Alona Beach y de la zona de fiesta y playa más turistica. Gran varidead de comercios. Gran jardin tropical y amacas, restaurant, zona de lectura y cine, muy tranquilo.Casi todo de madera.Muy bonito. 100% recomendable.
We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect. Food also. What we really liked was the quietness and everything was soooo clean. I can only recommend and I wish I had stayed longer.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place. Short walk to the main street where all the restaurants are, and Alona beach. Staff are friendly. Very clean, you always see staff cleaning. It was low season so there was no atmosphere. Cons: - Rooms are not air conditioned unless you are in a private suite. It’s quite hot. Electric fans are only in the rooms, not on the shared spaces. - Bathrooms are outdoors, so every pee is a short walk. Depending on how far your room is. - Lots of mosquitoe...
Muy buena estancia y trabajo del staff.
We had a great stay here, staff were so friendly and helpful, room were comfortable and it was located in a nice quiet area a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach!
The staff are great! Our stay there is very comfortable and refreshing, we’ve got all what we need. The ambiance of the place is very beautiful.
very nice spot with great lounging areas. not social but good for a refueling stop. the bug nets however are way too low and it makes you feel like you have no space. the fan by my bed was also broken so I had to change beds.

Muy buena ubicación, apenas a 10 minutos a pie de Alona Beach. Ambiente tranquilo. Zonas de estar muy bonitas y muy limpias (hay agua caliente). Personal muy amable y atento Lo recomiendo!
I loved it there!! such a beautiful designed space with loads of space to chill and hang but the most important for me is always the staff. The staff was soo kind and carying, I actually got a health problem and they were soo attentive to me 🩵
Très chouette endroit, personnel agréable, bien situé, et confort :)
Dans les plus non négligeables en tant que français une nourriture excellente
