I arrived with a reservation, and she told me they were full. She did give me my deposit back which was good, but this is very bad business to turn someone away with nowhere to stay after a long trip.

- Pas d D'accueil, le personnel ne dit même pas bonjour ou ne répond pas à une salutation ni n'indique où se présenter. Il faut enjamber une barrière pour le chien qui aboie toute la nuit devant la chambre. Salle de bain salle avec une souris morte Éclairage compliqué et pas sécuritaire. Au milieu de nulle part

- Il y avait des insectes dans le lit 😖 C’est loin de tout.
+ Phòng sạch đẹp nhưng không có nước. Dì chủ dễ thương. Giá tuy rẻ nhưng với những gì mình trải nghiệm thì giá ko phải là 1 điểm cộng.
- Không gian khá u ám, ẩm thấp đầy rêu và đi rất trơn, dễ ngã. Nhà vệ sinh ngoài không có chắn mưa, nước yếu. Cảm giác như ở trọ có nhà vệ sinh ngoài chứ không giống homestay.

+ The lady owner goes out of her way to assist you she even gave us fruit for our journey at no extra charge. Room was very basic with a shared toilet but it was clean and fine we felt safe. For the price of £5 a night you cant moan her home cooking was lovely at very reasonable prices The shared bathroom had two showers which were very good lovely hot water showers defo worth the money. Bed could do with changing as mattress is very hard but for only a couple of nights its fine clean bedding provided. We were able to share her kitchen to make coffees.

+ 位置不在市中心，但环境很好，花园式的庭院，很多公共区域，很安静，适合旅居，老板一家人也很热情友好，建议能增加一个台球桌和乒乓球桌，这样呆着更好玩，旅舍氛围也会比较好，希望下次有机会去再多住些日子。

+ La Homestay es preciosa, las camas cómodas y con espacio. La familia que se encarga de la casa son muy majos y te ayudan con cualquier cosa. También dan desayuno, comida y cena.
The owner of this place is so sweet and makes the best dinner, and the facilities are very good for the price. The location is too far outside of town to call a Grab from there. But they do have bikes/motorbikes you can rent. I got unlucky and there was no one else staying there when I booked, but sometimes it’s more busy I hear

A really lovely haven!! You can order food and eat there, there is a lovely courtyard with plants and paintings on the walls, where you can sit and have breakfast etc. I met some great people here. It’s better to stay here if you can rent a motorbike, it’s quite far away from the city and there is not much that you can see locally on foot. I highly recommend hiring a bike from the Homestay and driving it up through the mountain pass and into Mang Den. The rooms were SO NICE!! Very clean and ...
+ Paní majitelka dbá čistotu, několikrát denně uklizi společné prostory. Je milá a nápomocná. Možnost pronajmout si motorku Paní majitelka na požádání připraví pestré snídaně, bohaté večeře, včetně vegetariánské stravy, spousta ovoce atd možnost vyprání oblečení Je to tu oáza a ač jsem náročný, zde mi nechybělo vůbec nic a předčilo mé očekávání.í.
+ La proprietaria della struttura è una donna straordinaria, non parla inglese ma si comunica con il traduttore sul cellulare, è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. La struttura ha un giardino, un orto, un falò e si crea facilmente un clima socievole con gli altri ospiti. Le stanze sono spaziose, comode e pulitissime così come i bagni che si trovano all'esterno delle camere. Wifi ottimo. Ci sono due splendidi cani (il bassotto è sempre in cerca di coccole).

+ Everything I loved it and didn’t want to leave. Great atmosphere and amazing hard working owner who is very nice and relaxed and can provide all meals and coffee and all drinks. I will definitely be returning if ever in the area of planning a trip. Lovely area with plenty to see and lots of great local foods near by. She has two lovely dogs that hang out in the garden and communal area. She has many plants and fruits growing in the garden and often would bring snacks and her fruits for us to eat.

De loin le meilleur homestay où j'ai séjourné dans tout le Vietnam. La propriétaire à été aux petits soins toute la durée du séjour, un grand extérieur vous permet de sociabiliser ou de pouvoir vous reposer en toute tranquillité. Il y a même des locaux bénévoles avec un très bon anglais pour vous faire découvrir les restaurants alentours ou vous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter. Franchement un 11/10 pour cet endroit, je reviendrais avec plaisir !
The owner was very caring throughout the stay, a large exterior allows you to socialize or you can rest in peace. there are even local volunteers with very good English to show you around the restaurants or advise you on places to visit. frankly an 11/10 for this place, I would return with pleasure !

- It’s a little out from the main town so might be hard without own transport but the lady working seemed to be helping guests get in a bus
+ Phòng khá ok, giá thì quá rẻ rồi, có không gian chung ngồi uống nước ở ngoài, nhà vệ sinh ở ngoài, đâu đó 3 phòng thì phải. Có phòng để xe.
+ Propriétaire très gentille qui nous a accueillis à 4h30 du matin . Jolie gueshouse bien décorée. Petit déjeuner copieux .
