I didn’t really like this hostel, expensive services (laundry and luggage storage) and the breakfast is more or less just cupboard like bread with cold eggs and some slices of cheese/jam/fruits. The staff (except the volunteers) didn’t seem so nice as well and I didn’t dig the vibe of the hostel. Felt like an action packed, overrun hostel for me, but I think it can be a great place for people to connect doing touristic stuff.
Wasn’t a fan of this place. Our room smelled of sewage for the entire time we were there and the rooms were tiny with almost no floor space, staff were not very friendly, no filtered water provided, free breakfast was nothing to write home about with stale bread and cold eggs. The location is great and space is nice but not sure why the rating is so high
Comfy beds, although the 2nd dorm I was moved to was quite cramped. Breakfast was great and nice they offered a packed breakfast for early trips. Not very social, a couple of scheduled activities were very delayed, and also they offered no main vegetarian options. They also charge you to store your bags there if you do the Salkantay, and have the cheek to offer a discount if you give them a good review.
Great atmosphere at night and they are cautious re noise to create a nice environment. Social staff were amazing.
Very disappointing experience, not to recommend.
We stayed at this hostel for 4 days and were disappointed. Upon arrival, we were told there was no water, supposedly affecting the whole city, but nearby hostels had hot water. We asked for bottom bunks but were denied, despite several being empty most nights. The atmosphere was lacking, and there were ants in my bunk and the bathroom. Even after asking twice, it wasn’t cleaned properly. While the hostel is new, it needs major improvements before justifying the prices they charge.
Don't stay here. Highly overpriced for what you receive. Wifi not working multiple days in a row despite promises it would work the next day, only to rebook and find it not working. Bunk beds are poorly constructed compared to others at a similar price point and shake excessively in the night leading to a poor sleep.
Stayed in a 12-bed dorm & it’s extremely cramped, beds are comfy but it has a tiny hall to get to the beds so only one person can fit at a time & you can’t walk by if someone is getting their stuff. The wifi works terribly, and my laundry from the laundry service was returned late and still wet. During my stay there was no running water due a problem in the city, which I understand is out of their control but they didn’t do nearly enough to announce when it would be on or compensate in any...

- Overall good hostel - Very clean - Plugs by beds and curtains - Staff very friendly and will try to accommodate your were possible - Breakfast is decent for a hostel -ive’s - WiFi is terrible is rooms (I was in 2 did rooms both times WiFi rarely worked) but good in common areas - didn’t find it that social might have been lots of people going on tours early - showers are hot and clean but could have a better privacy set up (more then a curtain for a the changing room area)
This is a really good hostel if you're wanting to meet new people and attend events. Although it didn't align with what I needed at the time, I enjoyed the effort they make to offer cool opportunities. Also liked how private the beds we're (curtain + a little bedside nook + bedside light). Also have breakfast and restaurant but didn't go.
Very nice hostel with good common areas. Staff are also lovely
Great hostel good atmosphere
Amazing hostel, really close to the centre with super friendly staff!
Great Hostel, very clean. There's a bar upstairs that had a good variety of drinks (some on the pricer side). cool activities going on throughout the week, although not the most social hostel still a great one to stay in. Gabby was amazing and helped me out a lot.
Very clean and comfortable hostel, great for relaxing either side of the salkantay trek. Luna was very friendly and helpful
The hostel is amazing. The staff are so helpful and make sure you have a good time. The good: - location - food The bad - room are just too cramped - sometimes there were some ants and bugs on my bed
Great location, loved the bar upstairs and breakfast. I liked the 6 female dorm better than the mixed dorm bc it was roomier and had an elevated hang out space! Safe and they have an ATM which was helpful. The ladders on bunks were not the best especially when you have altitude sickness. Overall great stay, enjoyed my time with my cousin here!
free breakfast was solid, very clean, nice rooms, good location, no complaints
A luxury hostel with amazing location & interior beds are great except the mattresses are getting a bit worn out all of my friends had the same issue it’s like a crater in the middle, but they are still relatively comfortable.
NO KITCHEN IN THE HOSTEL!
Best hostel I’ve stayed in so far, felt like home!
Really friendly personal, great breakfast
Fantastic hostel, really friendly staff very helpful. Nice to have access to coca leaves and adjust to altitude and Cusco! Great rooms, very comfortable and a fantastic Bachata class just before my 4 day inka trail! Washing service great also!
Super awesome hostel! Friendly staff, good breakfast, perfect location and super clean
Fantastic hostel, good atmosphere, friendly staff and guests and nice spaces to relax in. Only small downside was the wifi which was sometimes intermittent.
