+ Obviously a good location!
- This hotel is one of the worst I've experienced in 60 countries. First of all, the room was too noisy! Whenever someone walked, you could feel the shaking sound like an earthquake in Japan! Then, there was an older man in the staff who was particularly rude! Renting a towel for 30 minutes cost 5 Peruvian dollars, and without telling me, they charged 5.5 on my card, and then told me in a very aggressive way that there would be a 10% handling fee... and then he rolled his eyes! The house itself is terrible and the front desk staff is so terrible!

- Cheguei e minha reserva não estava no sistema Queriam me colocar com a familia em acomodação com banheiro compartilhado. Ainda me ofereceram um desconto indignificante para aceitar a mudança Tive wue ptovurar outro hotel em cima da hora

- El dueño no es de fiar, accedió a dejarme cancelar una noche sin cobrarme y a la hora de la verdad me dijo que había perdido dinero y terminó haciendome pagarla de todas formas. El desayuno es pobre, te dan solo un huevo y pan
I do not recommend this hostel. The guy who checked us in took forever and seemed upset that some of us had booked double rooms for single occupancy, which didn’t make sense to us since we paid for the rooms either way. The rooms smelled strongly of smoke and mildew. On top of that, the water stopped working while one person in our group was showering, and another had to take a freezing cold shower. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
Tja was sollen wir hierzu schreiben??? Man erwartet bestimmt keinen Standard wie zuhause, aber unser Zimmer wurde in den 4 Tagen nicht einmal geputzt, das Bad war sehr dreckig 🤮😵💫, der Mülleimer im Bad wurde erst nach 2 Tagen geleert 🫢! Ein Stern ist hier echt zu viel! das schlechteste Hostel auf unser 5-wöchigen Reise durch Peru, Bolivien und Chile! Warmes Wasser hat bis zu 15 min gedauert 🫠
What should we write about this???One would expect definitely no Standard like at home, but our Room was not even cleaned in the 4 days, the Bathroom was very dirty , the Mülleimer im Bad was only frozen after 2 days ! Ein Stern ist hier echt zu viel! the worst Hostel on our 5-week Trip through Peru, Bolivia and Chile! Warme Wasser hat lasted up to 15 minutes Well
+ Localisation ok
- Chambre humide, odeur d’humidité, sans fenêtre sombre, proche de la réception et donc bruyante Salle de bain humide, il n’y a rien qui sèche, pas de lunette sur les toilettes, pression de l’eau atroce (un mince filet d’eau et pas chaude le soir) Petit déjeuner à le mérite d’exister mais pas dingue. Pas de table/ chaise pour poser la moindre chose Une private qui ne vaut vraiment pas le coup, nous n’y reviendrons pas !
Pésimo. Se supone que incluía limpieza pero nos quedamos una semana y solo un día entraron a “limpiar” que fue sacar los papeles del baño. Dicen que no hay agua en la ciudad de Cusco pero ellos la cortan porque no cuentan con bomba por lo que no te podías bañar ni ir al baño en los horarios que cortaban el agua, el personal pésima actitud y no tenían idea para orientar sobre tours. NO LO RECOMIENDO
Pessimo. it was supposed to include cleaning but we stayed a week and only one day they came in to clean which was to take out the toilet papers. they say there is no water in the city of Cusco but they cut it off because they don't have a pump so you couldn't bathe or go to the toilet at the times they cut off the water, the staff was terrible attitude and they had no idea how to guide you on tours.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! My friend and I stayed here for 10 days and they stole 250 USD of my money that was behind the desk. The manager is a liar as after a month I have still not received any of the money that he said he would reimburse! And the receptionist is a thief. So if there is anything you do, don’t stay here ‼️
The main problem is that there was no water, we practically didn't have any water all day, which is strange because I was in another hostel where they didn't have those problems. The breakfast is basic but adequate.
Our stay at the bear packer was terrible. We stayed there 6 nights the room was terrible not like in the picture at all. There was no window, it was very cold and on top of that there was no water at all for 2 days and the other day no hot water almost every night. The wifi was not working more than half of the time and none existant in our bedroom. The shared kitchen is also terrible and not very clean. Also the commune area had 3 moto bike inside so no room for us. Very disappointed…

Perfect stay for us, 24hr reception with helpful staff! Great room, best private hostel yet & had easy luggage storage when we went for tours and came back. Only thing was the kitchen was not very nice/clean (fridge was okay).
Bon Hostel dans l’ensemble ! Les lits sont confortables il y a de la place pour poser ses affaires (grand casier, banc, canapé, porte-manteaux…). Les douches et toilettes ne sont pas toujours super propres mais bien mieux que beaucoup d’autres Hostels, il y a de quoi accrocher ses affaires dans les douches. La cuisine est basique et petite mais suffisante. On peut laisser son sac dans un casier avec cadenas après le checkout, ce qui est un vrai plus.
The hostels are very nice, the beds are comfortable, there is room to put your things (big locker, bench, sofa, mantelpiece...). the showers and toilets are not always super clean but much better than many other hostels, there is something to hang your things in the showers. the kitchen is basic and small but sufficient. you can leave your bag in a lock-locked locker after checkout, which is a real plus.

Hostel com uma ótima vibe, localização excelente próxima ao centro turístico e principais saídas de tours! Os funcionários são ótimos e a recepção sempre está com pessoas 24 horas do dia com ótimas instalações! Recomendo esse local!

Me alojé solo por una noche pero todo correcto. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama cómoda. El baño estaba limpio y había agua caliente (tarda como 5min en salir caliente) con buena presión. Tenía una cocina super equipada. También cuenta con secador de pelo. El personal super amable y muy buen ambiente. Me dejaron usar las instalaciones una vez hecho el check out.
I stayed alone for one night but everything was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was hot water (late about 5min to come out hot) with good pressure. It had a super equipped kitchen. It also has a hairdryer. The staff was super friendly and very friendly. They let me use the facilities once I checked out.
Super Preisleistung. Es war jedoch sehr kalt in der Nacht. Ich musste in meinem Schlafsack schlafen. Frühstück nur für kurze Zeit verfügbar und man ist nicht sehr nett beim Frühstück.
It was very cold at night however, I had to sleep in my sleeping bag, breakfast was only available for a short time and you are not very good at breakfast.

The hostel is in old town area and you have access to all attractions in walking distance. The rooms are quiet big (stayed in 8 bed dorm room) You also have the option to book your tours within the hostel to save the trouble! I will certainly coming back here after my hiking tour

Un hostel hermoso, la calidad del personal es estupenda, están disponibles 24hs, cuenta con una sala de cine para disfrutar y una cocina muy bien equipada y limpia ! Muy recomendable, volveré!
A beautiful hostel, the quality of the staff is great, they are available 24h, it has a cinema room to enjoy and a very well equipped and clean kitchen !
+ Location was walking distance from the town which was perfect. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the hostel is so artsy and cute. Breakfast was the best I had since staying in hostels; it included eggs, bread, cereal, milk, butter, jam, bologna, tea options and coffee and there’s a kitchen space to cook whatever you want. Staff are welcoming and help with whatever I needed. Bear packer is like a home away from home.
