+ Pidieron cancelación en Booking para no pagar comisión. De muy mal gusto

- El personal ventajoso y desatento

+ No me gustó nada. Frio(7 grados en la habitación ) y la calefacción hacía un ruido insoportable

- Era un palomar frío por la noche y un calor insoportable en el día

+ Cómo me robaron no puedo caracterizar nada positivo.

- Dejé guardado mi equipaje con dos prendas fuera de la mochila y me las robaron. Para esto se comunicaron con la dueña y quedó en revisar las cámaras, no me brindaron solución ya que igualmente ya tenía que tomar mi transporte. Hasta el momento, no recibí ningún msj de parte de ellos. Muy ruidoso. Uno de los voluntarios muy excitado. El encargado bastante irascible.

- Pior hostel de cusco, não aceitam cartão e não avisam antes. Tive que procurar outro lugar pra ficar no meio da noite . Fora que fica num lugar horrível, uma pocilga. Fujam.

+ El ático (rooftop) podría ser agradable, pero en lugar de aprovechar el "efecto invernadero" producido por los cristales y el techo de policarbonato, los empleados y "voluntarios" incompetentes abren las ventanas, lo que provoca corriente de aire, enfriando más todavía un ambiente ya por debajo de 10° C. El problema general es que los dueños nunca están presentes y dejan al mando a gente carente de preparación. Una noche ahí fue demasiado. Hay cientos de hostales mejores.

- Ver arriba. Los "voluntarios", nombre dado internacionalmente a la esclavitud moderna en los hostales, se desquitan manipulando y tratando mal a las clientes. Señalo especialmente a un tal Jesús, mexicano machista, masculinista y negacionista de las violencias hacia las mujeres en su país, como un parangón de lo peor que pueda haber como "voluntario".

- Muy mala atencion

+ Les espaces communs sont grands et sympas surtout le rooftop !! Tout est très propre, la femme de ménage fait un super travail tous les jours. On peut laisser ses bagages si on part en excursion plusieurs jours. L'eau des douches est chaude. L'hôtel propose des excursions à bon prix. L'emplacement est top, tout près du marché San Pedro ! Le personnel est très sympa. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

- Il faudrait renouveler les poêles dans la cuisine qui commencent à être usées. Il n'y a pas de torchons dans la cuisine. Il peut faire un peu frais dans les espaces communs le soir et le matin (bien se couvrir) mais dans la journée il fait bon. Notre chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre, mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés...on y est que pour dormir !

- It’s a little hard to find at first.

+ Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardım sever. Duşlarda sıcak su var. Mutfak büyük. Terası çok güzel. Tekrar geleceğim.

- Mutfaktaki tencereler değişmesi gerekiyor. Aslında bu hostellerin genel problemi. Neden çelik tencereler ve çelik tavalar kullanmazlar anlamıyorum. Hem daha sağlıklı hem daha uzun ömürlü.

+ El sitio es super céntrico, a 10 minutos de la plaza mayor, la habitación me pareció amplia, cómoda y bien decorada. Te coordinan los tours que pidas. En un principio pregunté en las agencias en la calle, pero realmente no había mucha diferencia en los precios. Cuando llegas cansado del tour cada día no te apetece estar buscando... ellos se encargan de todo y prácticamente no creo que le ganen, porque era los mismos precios de la calle. Sin super amables y te ayudan en todo.

- Como recomendación pondría un cartel en la fachada que pusiera el nombre del establecimiento y un timbre, porque llegas y no sabes si realmente es un hostel, pero lo es, y está bien equipado.

+ Lugar muy céntrico, la habitación amplia y limpia. Me gestionaron los tours cada día.

- There is some big noice from the roof, some engine like in factory. if you take dorm for sure you will hear it.

- Das Personal war teilweise etwas verwirrt bzw. wusste man nicht, wer nun arbeitet und wer nicht.. Es sind so wie es aussieht nur Backpacker dort angestellt. Küche mässig ausgerüstet…

+ Copy room. With enough storage. We stayed for 8 nights and it was nice to have our room. We were next to the alley though and staff were very noisy outside smoking weed into the early hours of the morning.

- We stayed 8 nights not 1. Minimal hot water unless you had a shower before 6pm. Hostel appeared to be run by French backpackers none of which were very friendly and they occupied the living and kitchen at all times. Made it very hard for us to be able to cook meals. Basic amenities were not provided like dish towels and no hot water for the dishes which made cooking very unhygienic I'm surprised people don't get very sick.

+ The receptionist was great, very nice and helpful. It was close to the main market..

+ Terrace was great ,staff was really nice
