Hugger Hostel

+ Well located in the old town with everything at walking distance.

- I do not recommend this hotel. The building is old and run-down. We booked a double room with a private bathroom, but there was no real shower—just a showerhead installed above the toilet. Although the bedding was acceptable, we had to urgently find another hotel because the smell from the toilet filled the room and even the common areas. The small balcony near our room was falling apart, and the supposed common lounge had all the furniture stacked on a table and covered with sheets. It’s a shame, especially for a place with such a great location.

+ Buona la posizione

- Tutto molto vomitevole. Il bagno in camera non si può nemmeno commentare. C’erano ancora i capelli dell’ospite precedente tanto che abbiamo usato quelli in comune da cui però usciva a stento l’acqua.

+ Absolutamente NADA. Mentira tras mentira.

- Todo... Llegamos al hotel a la 1 de la madrugada. nos dieron las indicaciones para hacer auto check in, nos dejaron las llaves en el mostrador. Cuando entramos ya no era como lo que se mostraba en las fotos, parecía un albergue de mala muerte y lo peor cuando subimos a la habitación... Nos habían dado una compartida con literas y una cama grande con baño compartido que estaba en la puerta de la habitación junto con duchas abiertas. Nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación de matrimonio con baño privado. Tuvimos que llamar de madrugada y nos colgaron el teléfono tras exigir explicaciones y no vinieron a atendernos. Tuvimos que volver al día siguiente para que nos devolvieran el dinero y tuvimos que buscarnos un hotel a esas horas de la madrugada.

+ Horrible place to stay. Only thing that is positive is it location.

- Horrible dark place to stay at. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It doesn't look like the pictures. We didn't have running water. Horrible bed. Did not feel safe at all. Very dirty. Will not recommend. We were glad to leave.

- So, i spent here 3 nights checked out, left my luggage in the hostel and when i came back around 4pm I was immidietly told in an unpleasent tone that i was seen on the 2nd floor even though i already checked out, I explained that my shower kit was there and thats why I went upstares. It quicly turned to a heated argument, i was scolded, i shocked my head in a disbelief to how unworthy of respect i felt now that im not an active custoner. I would never go to a hostel that treats like that guests. This happened at 16:00 I had flight at 21:30, I was obviously not welcome there and even though my flight was at 21:30 I left hostel after the argumrnt Will not step foot in this hostel ever again

- On vous laisse les clés avec un numéro de chambre qui n’existe pas, j’ai du monté les 3,4 niveaux au moins 4 fois pour vérifier le numéro de chambre invisible. J’ai fini par appeler à 1h du matin une personne pour me montrer .

- Fotoğraflar gerçeği yansıtmıyor hersey cok eski ve guvenilir bir yer degil. Dus banyosu cok kotuydu

+ Nice receptionist

- 设施老旧，有阳台的房间隔音不佳，清洁不足，公区的垃圾桶装满了两天也没有被清理，但对于这个价格来说也能够接受

+ We stayed here for one night and these are the positive and negative points: • The location is great, right in the city center, and you can easily walk everywhere. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street. • We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom. The room is big, spacious, and has a balcony. The negative point: the bathroom. Very, very small with the shower right above the toilet, something you can’t know before booking because the photos don’t show it. Also, the water pressure is very weak. Sometimes almost non-existent. • It’s a hostel but more like a homestay. They ask something we personally hate: removing shoes at the entrance! I really dislike it because, yes, the floor is dirty, and going up three floors of stairs to the room makes your feet dirty because the floor is dirty! • The staff is not very friendly. The two ladies always had a very serious expression. • For those interested, they offer free coffee, tea, cookies, etc. at the entrance. • They ask for a 100 Baht deposit for the key. In summary: Would we stay here again? The answer is no.

+ Conveniente ubicación

- El baño olía muy a feo! Literal la habitación quedó impregnada a olor a cañería todo el tiempo. Muchas escaleras para subir.

+ Fijn bed, aardige mensen en een goede locatie. Geen overmatig lawaai savonds en in de vroege avond kun je soms live muziek horen van het café aan de overkant.

- De douch werd niet heel warm

+ Everything is perfect. We’re a group of 3 girls and we got a 3 bed room. Perfect.
