Scout Madrid Hostel

Beds are very unstable, every move that person on upper bad makes, makes sound and movements which interrupt person on lower bed and opposite. Leaders are very hard to open and close, which makes a lot of noise. Breakfast was a joke. It is called buffe, but there was only toast bread , chocolate cream, jam and cheese and some cake. Imposible to have good breakfast.

I wish someone had warned me in the reviews that this hostel is associated with the scouts. There were children everywhere and it felt like I was sleeping in an elementary school. The location also puts you far away from the parts of the city you would like to explore, and the bathroom situation is unfortunate. Sound travels like crazy so even though it was a few rooms down I was woken up by a crying child in the middle of the night. Save yourself the burden and go elsewhere.

the hostel was ok in general but the price is a joke 38 euros and your trying to time the using the toilet within 10 seconds or your left in the dark with your d1ck in your hands literally. also your sharing about 5 showers with 30 plus people the hot water is timed so thats also soemthing you have to keep turning back on. i dont usaully leave reviews but im sick to death of the pennie pinching and dont give me any bs about paying 38 euros a night in a 8mbed dorm because of russia.

One stuff man young very rude. Stuff woman old very friendly. Price 24 euro not logic for 8 beds room.

Lo más destacable la amabilidad de la chica de recepción. El resto muy mejorable.

It's not a bad hostel but room are packed with beds, there's barely space to get inside you bed and facilities are far to be enough if the hostel is full. I slept in worse hostel for sure but they were at least cheaper or in better location.

Avoid this hostel if you’re just casually traveling through Europe. Not worth the money or the effort. Bathrooms are small and gross, staff are okay but I would never come back here.

Das einzig gute war das Personal und das Frühstück. Das 12 Bett Zimmer war so extrem klein, es gab keinen Platz für nichts, die Lage ist nicht gut und die Stimmung ist beschissen, da nur ältere Menschen und Pfadfinder anwesend sind

Really clean and organized hostel. But I wish I was more aware that this is a hostel for Boy Scouts… first night there was a huge family with screaming children until like midnight. You wake up in the morning and there’s people loudly talking and kids running down the halls. I think it would be good for a one night stay but not staying for a vacation. Also im curious if they wash the comforter because they give you sheets and it feels like there was never a maid in the room grabbing the dirt...

Not a very social hostel if you’re traveling alone and want to meet people. It’s clean and staff is very kind but it’s also pretty far from the city center - prepare to either walk 45-60 minutes or take the metro.

El personal es muy amable, incluso me han guardado las maletas luego del check out sin cobrarme, lo cual se agradece mucho. Se tiene a disposición bue espacio de trabajo, y una cocina limpia y bien equipada. Incluyen un desayuno que me ha gustado, con productos variados. Las literas son cómodas y limpias. Lo mejor es que tienen las cortinas para algo de privacidad. Se llega fácil en transporte público.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, me quedé en una de 12 que con suerte había pasillo, y está lejos del centro de Madrid. La gente que nos atendió nada que decir muy amable y dispuestas a ayudar

Me gusto en general sobretodo el desayuno que ofrecian era rico y variado. La zona muy bien ubicada parece segura, el tema del olor del baño es algo que deberian mejorar y personalmente tener cuidados con sus cosas ya que en mi caso me jalaron un cargador 😣

Absolutely a decent hostel. As a former scout I loved the scout-themed decorations and everything. (The Hostel is operated by the scouts of Madrid from what I understood). Breakfast was included, which I didn’t even know before, so that was a nice surprise. I could leave my luggage until the evening afzer checking out with no problem or cost. It wasn’t a very social hostel, at least not now, but that may also be due to the time of year.

Tres pratique pour visiter madrid bon rapport qualite prix propretes a la hauteur le receptionniste est tres serviable et au petit soin .

Está en un barrio bastante tranquilo, pero no resulta práctico por si vas a hacer turismo en Madrid, y la calidad de sus servicios es mejorable.

Es un buen lugar para estar uno o dos días. Los baños y habitaciones no estaban limpios. Hay actividades que generan mucho ruido y no se puede descansar bien. La gente entra y sale sin dificultad, no hay mucha seguridad a pesar de ser un barrio seguro, deben poner atención a eso. Los trabajadores entran y salen de las habitaciones a todas horas. Hay mucho ruido. El desayuno es excelente. Y la ubicación es muy buena.

It was an ordinary hostel experience. Not the best bathrooms or showers and there was little soundproofing from the lobby/dining area and our room, but it was very affordable for Madrid. It is also not very close to the city center.

Está genial para pasar unos días.

Las habitaciones son más pequeñas y un poco más abarrotadas que en otros lugares en los que hemos pernoctado. El personal es sumamente atento. Este lugar es más de autosuficiencia, por ejemplo. Te entregan tus sábanas y frazadas y tú tiendes tu cama. El lugar es austero pero práctico, sin lujos ni baños en habitación, pero limpio y organizado. Tuvimos un pequeño percance ya que pagamos por 2 camas en la parte inferior y al volver en la madrugada una de ellas se encontraba ocupada por o...

Solid price, friendly staff the location is a bit out of the way but that’s its biggest knock also atmosphere was ok

War nur für eine Nacht dort und dafür war es perfekt. Die Metrostation ist sehr nah, das Personal ist super freundlich und die zimmer waren groß und sauber. Die Toiletten sind vor den Zimmern. Das einzige,was mich da gestört hat war, dass das Licht ziemlich schnell ausging und man immer wieder den Lichtschalter drücken musste. Ansonsten war alles top!

El personal bueno, la limpieza de la habitación buena, las sábanas super, pero en la madrugada un chico tocó la puerta de la habitación insistentemente y abrí por si era emergencia y el me dijo que necesitaba pasar por una mochila que olvidó y ya me dije que lo siento pero que el no estaba en ese cuarto, yo, ubicaba muy bien a los chicos y el no era. Imagino que quería llevarse un bolso que no era suyo 😐
