The staff was incredible but the hostal was terrible, in a bad location and its not clean, the good part ita the lockers

The reviews did not accurately reflect the bad state of this hostel. The poor sleeping conditions and the extreme ambient noise were particularly significant. On top of that there were no bed cover just the one to protect the mattress and the other blanket was very rough. Also they use ALOT of perfume to cover I don’t know which smell but it’s very suspicious, it gave me an headache. For these reasons, I had to book another hostel for the remaining of my stay in Lisbon.

The dirtiest hostel I have stayed at to date. The bathrooms were full of dirt, grime and hair. The shower floors were dirty and the floors were dirty from wet feet and shoes. The kitchen common area had dirty curtains. The hallway leading up to the hostel was littered with trash and the smell was terrible. Rooms had a key lock for entry and exit which made it difficult to sleep at night as people fumbled with the locks from either side. Would not recommend

This property has no staff overnight not safe. Quiet time not observed. Staff depending on who you get are helpful or not. The building is not well marked. The neighborhood has few food stores but lots of fruit stalls. Tha hostel is on the second floor. Stairs are litter with garbage and dimly lit. Use this place only if you absolutely need to.

Should have listened to the bad reviews. Travelled with 4 women, did not feel safe or comfortable. The whole place stunk, common areas were awful. Did not seem like a hostel for travellers. Sketchy men lingering around in stairwell and staying in hostel, appeared like they were living there. Lots of noise all night, constant arguing. Food was eaten from the fridge even though clearly labelled. Would 100% not recommend for women especially solo travellers. Not worth it.

bonne localisation (proche du métro), le personnel est très aimable. Cependant il s’agit d’un immeuble tres ancien, et très mal isolé (beaucoup de bruit dans la rue). 2 des salles de bains sur 4 étaient hors service. Malgré le règlement, les autres clients faisaient du bruit et fumaient dans le couloir (à l’intérieur de l’hostel). Pour 1 seule nuit, cet hostel remplit son rôle mais je n’y retournerai pas.

Smelling very bad, the rooms doesnt look like the photos. Very bad experience… The prices doesnt worth..

We stayed at this place for 1 night & we returned to a man in my partners bed in the dorm room. We believe he was not a paying guest of the hostel & must have sneak in and taken a random empty bed. The hostel security was abysmal so it’s unsurprising in hindsight. No answer from reception when we called & no care from them when they got back to us in the morning. We had to share one single bed & still have not received a refund from them 2 months later, they keep making excuses. Dont stay here

I left the hostel after an hour. The room has no windows, smells strongly of perfume. I have stayed at many hostels and have never left, but this place was not clean and did not feel safe. The hostel is on the second and forth floor of a building that smells of urine and is filled with trash. Do not stay here as a solo female traveler.

Es un lugar viejo, muy húmedo, la zona no es muy buena. He ido a muchos hostel y esta reseña la hago relación calidad/precio. En mi opinión muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

I couldnt evene sleep because the safe is not that safe it the bedshit are not that clean and even the place is not clean

Gostei muito das instalações do hostel. Reservei um quarto privado no 4 andar e a estadia foi muito tranquila. Existe um elevador para subir as malas o que ajuda muito e a equipe foi muito solícita. A cozinha é bem equipada.

La ubicación está súper bien, las chicas que atienden son amables, la cama cómoda y limpia. El edificio en sí es un poco tétrico y estaría bien que tuvieran una cafetera en la cocina. ( La que hay está en la recepción, y está disponible sólo en ese horario)

For a budget hostel that I only slept in, it was great. I did not cook - only used the bathroom and bed area. There are no curtains or coverings to have privacy from other people in the rooms, which I thought was a little weird. There are no common spaces - only a kitchen and some tables. They do not provide you with a towel. The hostel was clean and met my needs of sleeping and taking a shower / using the bathroom.

Auberge plutôt sympas. Les douches et toilettes communes sont parfois sales… Le premier soir je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude. Ce qui est quand même embêtant. La porte de la chambre que j’occupais était un peu compliqué à ouvrir, malgré l’utilisation de la clef.

Gostei muito. No edifício existem 3 hosteis, mas isso não implica no bom atendimento desta hospedagem. Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia, as regras são ótimas e realmente mantém a ordem do lugar. Parabéns pelo trabalho desta hospedagem. Muito obrigada.

Super dans l'ensemble! Mais attention à l'odeur de parfum au quatrième étage, ça peut être incommodant pour les personnes qui ont le nez sensible.

Piccole camere ma molto tranquille, soprattutto perché poco numerose. Il palazzo in cui è situato promette molto peggio di quello che poi è effettivamente all'interno. Un posto solo per dormire, data l'assenza quasi totale di spazi comuni oltre alla cucina.

All over good,but the beds and matraces make a lot of noise and bends

Bed bugs, not social hostel at all. Strange noises.

Sconsiglio questo ostello, le porte sembrano fatte di carta e non sono per niente sicure. Abbiamo passato una notte in bianco per colpa di persone che parlavano e urlavano nel nostro piano e non c’è nessun guardiano notturno, esperienza orribile. La pulizia è passabile

A hostel dedicated to accommodate mainly indian, pakistani and bangladeshi workers who have no place to stay. The rolms are smelly due to these people not taking showers. They come from work with the same clothes they sleep with. The smell is insane. The recpetion the first day was great but the one i had on my second day looked and spoke like she didn't want to be here. There is atmosphere. I feel a litte bit not safe by the presence of some people too.

It was a good hostel for a short stay. That said, as a solo female traveller the area was not great (even during the day) and during my stay there were only male guests. For the price I paid, I would have hoped to have a nicer space at least (my room had no window). Overall would recommend to groups or male travellers as opposed to solo females as it is still a good hostel!

Posizione vicinissima alla metro. Stanza doppia pulita, con asciugamani, condizionatore.cucina vicina ai dormitori, quindi tanto vai e vieni durante la notte nonostante gli avvisi di silenzio dalle 10 (ce ne siamo lamentate con il personale). Spazi comuni brutti, spartani ma abbastanza puliti e forniti del necessario. Consigliato per una notte o massimo due.
