Spotty Hostels

go to google and check the reviews there! i cant write all the bad things here. the big dorm is direclty next to the bar and they play extrem loud music. the bathroom got never cleaned and is full with pee. for my question to clean it they dont cared. the most stuff is unfriendly. its icecold. the privat rooms are not better. the pictures are just advertisment. there is no kitchen. no towels. its dangerous in the night after 7pm. dont go there its horrible.

Where to start? The 24 hours without running water that I was told about after I had checked in and paid my balance (no, they would not refund me), recurring water issue in the evening the day after it was supposed to be fixed, 1 of 4 elevators that access the 4th floor that had drinking water, the manager telling me to find a mall washroom if I needed to use the washroom, poor wifi in my expensive single room or my kitchen with no pans or utensils? There was one helpful staff member. That's it

Service: - Extremely bad service from the start. - They didn’t smile and give any information at the check in. We only got our key and had to figure out the rest by ourselves. Very cold room: - Very very cold rooms. They said they couldn’t do anything. When asking for blanket they said they had no blanket left - the window could not close No cleaning - Room was very smelly. They didn’t empty trash we had put the trash in the hallway. - No sope the entire stay and no toilet...

Hostel bien situado y con buenas instalaciones y limpieza. Como punto negativo señalar los pocos servicios que tiene en la habitación (no tiene jabón de manos, secador de pelo, champú, get, secador de manos o toallas).

Das “Hostel” war eher wie ein Hotel, wenig soziale Interaktionen. Die Aussicht und die Räumlichkeiten waren jedoch herausragend, genauso wie die Dorms. Ist wahrscheinlich eher etwas für Leute die bisschen ihre Ruhe haben wollen. 🤲🏽

I liked the upstairs bar and how friendly the bar was. However it didn’t seem like a hostel. I never met anyone that was in the hostel with me.

A Great looking Hostel with a pool, gaming room, restaurant etc. no social vibe though. the staff is unfriendly and never smiles. toiletpaper is not included. they don't give you any informantion. the kitchen is not usable since there isn't even a pan. no veggie food in the restaurant. the Bar is on the same floor as my bed. ao no sleep either

The internet doesn't work in the whole building. Terrible

Great facilities, safe and clean hostel. Lack of atmosphere or focal point meant the hostel lacked social atmosphere. Staff could be better at trip planning and making the hostel more social but were polite.

Clean and nice Hostel but for me way to much like a Hotel. Was‘nt really social. Rooftop area was cool, beds really comfy but no soap, no towel, no free coffee, no activities together.

it was all right, but the Vibe was not for me. Also i found it somewhat weird that i was not allowed to stay there after my checkout. i had a single room for 4 nights

Por el precio calidad que paga uno es excelente : buena ubicación cerca del Monserrate y la Candelaria , el desayuno de 10 para comenzar la mañana y descubrir la ciudad

El personal es amable, la limpieza de la habitacion si era muy mala agua en el suelo, deberian haber implementos para limpiar despues de bañarse. De resto todo super bien! Ah y la ubicacion esta alejada de la candelaria y parece inseguro

Amei! Um dos melhores hostels da vida. Boa localização, seguro, área de convivência incrível com piscina e jacuzzi, tem um bar dentro do prédio. O quarto é simples, mas muito funcional. Reservei um quarto privativo que tinha até uma mini cozinha. Indico muito!

I have never in my life been in a hostel wortg the money paid for before, absolutely worth it, pool table, table tinnes , pool and a Jacuzzi for a very cheap price like that.

Très propre, personnels avenants, terrasse et piscine magnifique. Emplacement parfait à 10 minutes de marche du quartier historique de la Candelaria. Mon seul point négatif est que c’est plus une vibe d’hôtel que auberge de jeunesse. Ambiance froide avec des familles et enfants… Malgré tout je recommande, parfait pour ne pas être trop dépaysée en arrivant en Colombie.

Had a good time! Not so social unfortunately so wouldn’t recommend for solo traveling. Was more like a hotel with all the facilities you need

Nice place…too many kids, dogs and folks renting for months. Good location, friendly helpful staff. The private rooms are awesome! And the dorms nice too.

Excellent location, good value but very minimum social scene…many very long-term residents; across the street from a University. Awesome staff! Friendly guests…I do recommend Spot! 👍

it's a hostel but it looks like a hotel. It was very clean... they want 30k for breakfast but there's a lot to choose from, fine for me. the water in the shower is hot.. some people at the reception are not very friendly. only the tall guy was ok .... one day we didn't have water so they gave 5l for free so I used it to flush the toilet. they wanted to pay for another bottle...
