- Se presento un problema con el servicio sanitario y no lo arreglaron en 5 noches que pague de hospedaje no tuvieron la disposición de cambiarme de habitación

- Lighting in the room was very inadequate. Ro got cold at times. There was only a portable heater that could be requested. Balcony was not for use, no door opened onto it.

- Amenities weren’t the best (some sockets didn’t work, phone wasn’t working except in the bathroom, lighting was poor in the room, shower was either boiling hot or cold)
+ This was my third trip to Bogota. I like this neighborhood. It is an upper working class neighboorhood with very little noise etc. The location is perfect for me. The breakfast was good.
- This was my second time staying at a BH property. Both properties had plumbing issues. This time, my toilet would not drain or flush. The shower slowed drained, accumulating four inches of water around my ankles during the shower, which never got hot, just warm. While I have no way of knowing how many previous customers have complained about the same issue, I am certain that the daily cleaning staff would have seen these issues EVERY day. The fact that the room is made available to stay under those conditions is disturbing. Unfortunately, on my future trips, I plan to spend the extra 40-50 dollars per night and stay at the name brands. I am tired of being disappointed

- O café da manhã estava pessimo. O restaurante estava fechado e nos deram um “breakfast box” que estava tudo horrível. Melhor não darem o café da manhã do que oferecer e criar alguma expectativa

+ I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time in Bogota. The hotel exceeded my expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My partner stayed in the room most of the first day as he had to work and it was perfect. The room was very spacious and cozy. The entrance of the hotel with the fireplace creates such a lovely ambiance.

+ Es un hotel muy bonito, y está muy bien ubicado si tú actividades están en el norte. El desayuno muy bueno.

Although reception area small it looked and felt comfortable.Staff helpful especially the reception gentleman that check me in ..i think his name was David. Close to areas. Area was safe to walk Hotel accommodated one change of date and kept room for me until i reach 2 days after,

- El ruido al limpiar las otras habitaciones muy temprano.
+ El hotel es cálido y acogedor, la gente muy amable, el lugar para tomar desayuno muy interesante. La cama muy cómoda, el baño bastante grande. El lugar donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo.
- La tarjeta de acceso a la habitación no funcionaba y me tocó bajar varias veces para volver a activarla. El tamaño de la habitación es bastante pequeño y no permite desplazamiento con facilidad, aunque el baño es muy grande, se pudo haber distribuido diferente. El seguro de la puerta no funcionaba, aunque la zona se veía segura, yo soy de las personas que prefiere asegurar bien la puerta para dormir.

- Não tinha água quente na pia do banheiro e a água do chuveiro não esquetava muito. Tava 6 graus.
