- Surprisingly one of my worst hostel experiences This is definitely NOT A BACKPACKER hostel! It’s really not a social hostel, more digital nomads working In the whole reception & common space area they’re playing extremely loud (bad) music from the restaurant next to it, you can hear it everywhere in the hostel, even in the rooms —> means there’s not a single space where it’s quiet At the same time they’re playing different music right next to it in the dining area where the musics overlaps, it’s a nightmare The beds, the showers, all fine but it’s just extremely loud until the night and there’s no real chill area, no social vibe -> feels like a very cheap wanna be urban hotel

- the atmosphere, no activities, the restaurant was expensive, the staff were not very welcoming. Just a bed to sleep in really

- Lo staff si è dimostrato poco competente nella gestione di una situazione come il black out del 10-11 settembre per lavori di manutenzione nel quartiere. Inoltre sono stati poco chiari sul prezzo che abbiamo pagato in carta (abbiamo pagato una quota maggiore di tasse sul soggiorno).
El día de ayer me encontré con algunas diferencias entre lo que estaba anunciado y lo que realmente se ofreció. La habitación olía mal, el piso estaba sucio y la cama no contaba con lámpara, toma de corriente que se mencionaban previamente, lo cual generó cierta incomodidad. Adicional a ello se presentaron varios inconvenientes los cuales fueron comunicados respetuosamente en gerencia y no le dieron importancia alguna, no pude dormir toda la noche por bastante ruido y mal olor
The other day i came across some differences between what was advertised and what was actually offered. the room smelled bad, the floor was dirty and the bed had no lamps, power outlet which were mentioned previously, which generated some discomfort. in addition to this there were several inconveniences which were respectfully communicated to management and were not given any importance, i could not sleep all night because of a lot of noise and bad smell
Do not stay at this hostel! They knew they had bedbugs and let us stay in the affected room. When we reported our bites to staff, they were unsurprised and unaccommodating. We immediately left and had to argue with them multiple times to be reimbursed for the rest of our booking. We have bug bites all over our body, some of which required medical supplies, and our clothes and bags had to be specially cleaned. The hostel did not help us with these costs. Their offer: dinner at their restaurant.

- Should have been warned of extremely loud live music well into the night. Even with earplugs it was unbearable.
+ Me gustó la ubicación del hostal, es en una buena zona de Bogotá y los que trabajaban en recepción fueron muy amables y agradables con nosotros.
- Cuando llegamos a la habitación escuchaba un fuerte ruido y cuando abrí la ventana eran las calderas, están al lado de la cama y se oye 24/7, es decir, no vas a dormir bien porque no para de sonar y el ruido es como por ejemplo el de las turbinas de un avión. Además de lo peligroso que es tener eso al lado de la habitación. En el anuncio esto no lo pone y deberían quitar esa habitación. No lo recomiendo.
+ Unfortunately, they didn't have internet an entire day of my stay. One lady wasn't too helpful about it all or proactive about letting the guests know about the situation and taking care of it.
- No internet, no water in some showers/and def not hot water one day, bedroom was very warm.

Clean and comfortable. Not much of a vibe inside the hostel but it's right in the middle of many bars and restaurants full of life. Also close enough to Zona-T to walk.

Great location in a safe area of Bogotá, close to a supermarket, lots of cafés, and a bus stop to the airport. The hostel is very clean and the staff is friendly. However, it’s not a very social place, and having to rent cutlery in the kitchen felt a bit strange.

+ Todos os funcionários foram super solicitos e educados. O hostel é bem localizado e perto de padarias, farmacias, restaurantes há poucos minutos. O espaço de home office é uma mesa grande com várias tomadas e uma sofá perto. É bom para trabalho pois o hostel fica silencioso maior parte do tempo e a decoração é super bonita para dar uma espairecida também. A cama é um pouco barulhenta e balança principalmente na beliche de cima. No geral um bom hostel para tirar um tempo de descanso, mas não oelhor se quiser socializar, pois não provem qualquer tipo de integração

- La habitación de 4 es un tanto pequeña y no hay demasiado espacio para poner las cosas de cada uno. Esperaba que hubiera un ambiente super social con ese nombre pero el hostel no organiza actividades para socializar.
