The old’s man attitude very impolitely. Very expensive for the facilities which doesn’t exist. Isn’t dirty but has a horrible smell all over (I slept with open window and even like that I smelled). Th shampoo and shower gel they offer is either expired either very very cheap. Disappointed

Good location but Gran Via is a VERY noisy street. If you plan to be out late and are a heavy sleeper it may not be an issue.

It was really clean. Although sometimes the smell was unpleasant, but other than that i really enjoyed the stay. It was mostly people older than 30 and families staying here. You are right in the middle of Gran Via so you can hear the city, but its not too loud. Perfect location

Perfect location and good room. Tad noisy but this was due to the guests next door rather than the hostel itself. Perfect place for a couple of nights.
