+ Só mesmo a localização que é no centro da cidade velha
- Limpeza muito má mesmo em todo lado, desde as casas de banho aos quartos tudo muito sujo e pouco cuidado. A cozinha também para além de estar a cheirar mal estava sempre suja. As escadas toda sujas, pedi um edrodon por causa do frio disseram que só tinham o que estava na cama. Com temperaturas negativas na rua o aquecimento nos quartos era basicamente nulo. Outro ponto é entrarem no quarto a meio da noite e o barulho que fazem para colocarem novo hóspede, não têm respeito por ninguém.
+ Obwohl ich reserviert und bezahlt hatte würde ich nicht aufgenommen, weil es schon voll war. Man entschuldigte sich gar nicht und half nicht eine Lösung zu finden. Ich wandte mich an booking und erhielt auch keine Unterstützung. Um 19 h fand ich kein anderes Hotel und musste die Nacht am Flughafen verbringen.
+ Die Lage war gut.
- Unfreundliches Personal, zeitweise kein warmes Wasser (sogar während des Duschens), kein warmes Wasser an den Wasserhähnen und mangelnde Sauberkeit.

- No free WI Fi the check in was 30 min. Later than the booking said. The bad sheets were dirty the bad was very uncomfortable and the room was dirty. I don't recommend at all

Good experience overall. Staff was super friendly, location great, building modern. However it was super noisy outside of our windows. I'm not kidding - cars, music, people, sirens. If you value sleep above all, consider twice. Else great hostel!
Friendly knowledgeable staff are very helpful. I've been staying there for many years it's always great.

- Enda privata delen på hostel är sängen. Därför är det extremt viktigt och befogat med gardiner runt omkring ens plats, liten lampa där o stickkontakt för ladda mobilen. Inget sådant fanns där. Lakanen så utnötta att de knottrade sig. Sängens madrass stack man sig på metallkonstruktionen på insidan. Sparsamt m allt i badrummen o köket. Ingen diskmaskin men inget diskställ heller. Slitet oavslutat

+ Das Personal war freundlich. Es war überall überwiegend sauber. Das Hostel ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Das WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert.
- Als ich ankam, gab es kein Handtuch für mich, weil diese gerade gewaschen wurden. Mein Zimmer ging zur Hauptstraße raus, sodass man fast die ganze Nacht lang die Autos vorbeifahren hörte. Wenn man das Fenster geschlossen hielt, heizte sich der Raum sehr schnell auf.
