- Fotos engañosas, la realidad es muy diferente, habitación sucia con un olor horrible. Ruido toa la noche, la ventana no cerraba del todo. Habías pelos en la bañera. Ascensor incómodo. Desayuno nefasto.
+ Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
- Sitio totalmente engañoso con las fotos. Nos dieron una habitación realmente minúscula, nada que ver con las fotos. Tuvimos que matar 4 cucarachas pequeñas en el baño, la cama se hunde y el ascensor da un miedo terrible. Nada recomendable, mejor gastarse un poco más en otro hotel
- I don't like anything about this hotel we booked 2 bedroom but one didn’t had fan or A/C we had to call front desk to provide portable small fan and me any my friends were sitting in room some random hotel staff women open door using master key also you can park in front of hotel but they tell you to not to parking i don't know for what reason
+ Absolute nonsense !
- First, cleaning is poor. I found very disturbing plastic bag, the furniture kept opening and the overall feel of the hotel gave me goosebumps. One member of staff was super sweet - he warn me to be careful since I was staying there for a week. He said that staff at the property is like a naci since I had a service dog. Well his words did not lie. The hotel kept calling me with rules I broke in regards of not having Kate visitors and my dog puked on the sheets and I got charged 700 for the damages. They say I kept bringing in homeless people and that the room was damaged. Well , I have see. Worst things in hotels laundry than a puke if a puppy on their 100 years old sheets, not forget to mention my pillow case had a blood stain on it. No wonder why reviews are only 3.5 as I shall sometimes read them before booking. It was a horrible horrible thanksgiving thanks to them as I left the next day coz I couldn’t stand their bullying and unprofessional behavior and heads up for a short guy at the reception with longish hair - Indian . That guy us evil as he made all the accusations against me as an excuse for them to charge me 700 dollars out of my cart for damages. Nonsense.
- Terrible, contratamos 3 noches y solo hicimos una, nos buscamos otro hotel porque es imposible descansar y dormir en un sitio así con un mínimo de calidad. Las habitaciones enanas, no nos entraban las tres maletas, muchísimo ruido, muchísimo, paredes de papel, sin persianas ni nada que tape la luz de fuera, nos tocó en el patio trasero y aún así fatal de ruido y luz ya que hay un bar enfrente y gente de fiesta hasta las 7 de la mañana.. Agua caliente solo para una persona, mi pareja se ducho con agua fría..

- - TV qui ne fonctionne pas - porte de salle de bain qui ne se verrouille pas - pommeau de douche qui fuit ce qui projette de l'eau au plafond - Pas de système de climatisation - isolation acoustique inexistante - quartier inquiétant la nuit avec la présence des crackers.. Bâtiment très vieillissant qui mérite une remise en état ou une démolition. - fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement. - personnel d'accueil qui ne prend pas en compte nos remarques. Rapport qualité prix catastrophique de ce fait. Salle de bain minuscule Petit déjeuner très très basique avec des produits bas de gamme.

- Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. La habitación doble es tan pequeña que no cabe una maleta abierta. Fuimos a visitar Alcatraz y había celdas más grandes que nuestra habitación. Hace un calor insoportable y el ventilador no sirve. Está sucio. El desayuno es muy malo. El WC se inundó y tuvimos que arreglarlo nosotros. El ascensor tiene una puerta de hierro plegable que tienes que aguantar cada vez que entras y sales para que no te aplaste, subir maletas en él es un acto de fe.

+ El desayuno cumple con lo que describen, son tostadas o cereales y ademas hay jugo, cafe y te. Como cualquier desayuno continental. Buen desayuno que no le falta nada a lo que te avisan y sirve para cumplir durante el dia, sumarle tambien que no es facil encontrar hospedaje con desayuno incluido a buen precio. La ubicacion es muy buena y el personal del hotel siempre esta a disposicion. Algo para sumar que tambien es muy bueno es que ofrecen servicio gratis para dejar las valijas antes del check-in, por si uno llega temprano, y despues del check-out, por si uno tiene el vuelo mucho mas tarde. Muy buena opcion cuando la idea es ir y pasear todo el dia y estar en el hotel lo menos posible. Relacion precio-calidad excelente.
- Las habitaciones son muy chicas, en caso de una habitacion para dos personas con una cama el espacio es muy reducido, de todas formas eso es tipico de hoteles en esas ubicaciones en este tipo de ciudades. Pero si alguien busca exclusivamente confort al momento de llegar al hotel no se si es el indicado.

+ Salle de bain grande et spacieuse avec baignoire, j'apprécie beaucoup pour pouvoir se détendre en fin de journée après avoir marché 30km!
- • ATTENTION ! Si vous comptez réserver car comme moi vous aimez prendre un petit dejeuner le matin avant de partir à la découverte de la ville, vous allez être déçu ! Les photos du petit-déjeuner sont trompeuses, en réalité voici ce qui vous attend : des tranches de pain de mie avec grille-pain à dispo, confiture en sous-vide en gelée, jus d'orange/café/eau chaude, beurre et on a fait le tour. Ce n’est pas du tout diversifié très décevant car quand on regarde les photos on s’attend à un vrai petit dej. Résultat nous y sommes allés le premier jour puis plus du tout.. • Couverture du lit trop petite, elle fait tout juste la taille du lit donc si vous dormez tout seul ça fait l’affaire, à deux vous allez vous battre toute la nuit pour en avoir ! • De plus, chambre avec vu sur " court intérieur " donc très difficile d’aérer et fait entrer du frais, on étouffe vite de chaleur. Le lustre ventilateur fait à peine de vent la vitesse n’est pas assez élevé pour satisfaire le besoin en fin d'aprèm lorsque l’on ne va pas dormir dessuite.

+ La posizione è centrale , nella via dello shopping di lusso che tuttavia è vicinissima alla zona dove sostano i senza tetto. La sera avevamo paura di fare tardi. Molto meglio alloggiare vicino alla zona del lungomare. Più trafficata e turistica

The location is central, in the avenue of the luxury shopping which however is very close to the area where I stayed without a roof. In the evening we were afraid of being late. Much better accommodation near the waterfront area. More busy and touristy The structure was clean but the rooms are tiny with old furniture. The breakfast decidedly modest

+ La ubicación es excelente, a 2 cuadras de Union Square. Algunas de las personas que estuvieron en la recepción durante mi estadía me atendieron muy amablemente y fueron muy serviciales conmigo.
- La habitación tenía muy mala ventilación y el aire estaba viciado. Habitación muy pequeña y algo incómoda. Hay un sólo ascensor pequeño para todo el hotel, y además va muy despacio. En una ocasión durante mi estadía tuve que usar las escaleras porque el ascensor se había trabado y no funcionaba.
