+ Nada. Las fotos no coinciden. Es una edificación en ruina. La están vendiendo. Es una casa tenebrosa y fantasmal

- Todo. No me gustó absolutamente nada. Carisimo y costosisimo para lo recibido. No recomendable

+ La cama era súper incómoda el resorte era horrible no pude dormir nada necesitan con urgencia cambiar la cama porfavor.

- Réservée depuis plusieurs semaines avec informations arrivée tardive (00h00-01h00) sans réponse de l'hôtel sauf 2jours avant après 4 relances. A l'arrivée, obligé d'attendre 5 à10mn après la procédure d'accueil comme si la chambre n'était pas prête ! En effet climatisation en panne remplacée après encore 10mn par un ventilateur sur pied très bruyant. Chaleur étouffante dans la chambre alors qu'il suffisait d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre. Odeurs très désagréables de la moquette. Lavabo et douche quasi bouchés. Impossible de fermer la porte de douche... Literie encore inconnue, au moindre mouvement vous rebondissez durant 10s.... jamais vu cela même dans des hôtels à 10e la nuit en Inde et au Népal en 2024. A notre départ tout est OK au niveau paiement puis 30mn après, info comme quoi paiement bloqué. Le lendemain sur notre relevé, les sommes sont bien retirées. HOTEL A ÉVITER pas digne d'être sur booking.

- Sem aquecedor,sinal de Wi-Fi quase nulo,falta de limpeza no geral, cozinha compartilhada sem utensílios, animais domésticos circulando dentro do local. Localização ruim devido ao bairro. Não recomendo

Das Personal öffnet bei einem Überfall auf der Straße nicht die Türen, auch nicht wenn man dagegen trampelt und dagegen haut weil das Personal Angst hat. Oder Frage: kann es sein dass es mit den Räubern zusammen arbeitet??? Kann es sein, dass sie warten bis die Räuber weg sind und dann erst öffnen sie??? in 3 Tagen wurden 3 Touristen überfallen, komisch gell???? Es gibt keine Sicherheitshinweise für Touristen. Die Küche ist verdammt dreckig. Der Wasserkocher ist kaputt und man macht sich nicht mal die Mühe beziehungsweise den Service, einen Neuen hinzu stellen. ¡Peligro! El personal no abrirá las puertas durante un robo en la calle, incluso si las pisotea y golpea porque el personal está asustado. O pregunta: puede ser que funcione / colaboren con los atracadores??? Será que esperan a que se vayan los atracadores y solo entonces abren??? en 3 dias 3 turistas fueron atacados, gracioso verdad???? No hay instrucciones de seguridad para los turistas.

Vorsicht: das hostal liegt in dem sehr üblen Stadtteil Recoleta und ist unsicher. nebenan im Estacionamiento (vermutlich) warten die Räuber und üble Gestalten um die Gäste zu überfallen. der Eingang des Hotels hat keine Gitter, nur eine alte Holztüre. außerdem ist der Eingang durch eine Bushaltestelle blockiert, wo sich übles Volk rumtreibt. ;Peligro! Precaución: el hostal está en el barrio muy desagradable de Recoleta y no es seguro. Al lado, en el Estacionamiento, los ladrones y figuras malvadas esperan (presuntamente) para atacar a los invitados. la entrada del hotel no tiene rejas, solo una antigua puerta de madera. además, la entrada está bloqueada por una parada de autobús donde deambulan personas malvadas. Danger! Caution: the hostal is in the very nasty neighborhood of Recoleta and is unsafe. next door in the Estacionamiento the robbers and evil figures are waiting (allegedly) to attack the guests. the entrance of the hotel has no bars, just an old wooden door. moreover, the entrance is blocked by a bus stop where evil people roam.

- Was pretty unclean, bedsheets smelt, bathroom was grubby and carpet was pretty gross. Wouldn’t recommend staying in the suites. There was also a cat that scratched at the door a lot!

+ Muy buen recibimiento, temperatura de la ducha super buena, lugar silencioso para descansar y hermoso lugar con lindo jardin, 🐱, muy limpio todo

+ El hostal está bien ubicado, muy cerca del barrio Bellavista donde hay variedad de restaurantes y bares. El anfitrión fue muy atento, nos orientó e incluso nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi para el aeropuerto.

- Como sugerencia, podrían ofrecer elementos básico de aseo como jabón y champú. También podrían colocar un calentador de agua y sobres de café en la habitación.

+ Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage sehr nah zum Stadtzentrum und ist auch problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar was alles große Pluspunkte sind!

- Es fehlt bei einigen Dingen an der Liebe zum Detail so gab es für den kalten Fußboden im Badezimmer keinen Duschvorleger oder es fehlte ein Fön und man bekam nur ein einziges Handtuch oder es waren zu wenig Kleiderhaken im Badezimmer und zu wenig Kleiderbügel vorhanden, alles Dinge die nicht nötig sind und für einen Gast aber wichtig sind!
