- Smrad na pokojích a snídaně 3dny stejně a hlavně studená omeleta víc to komentovat nebudu.Všechny upozorňují kdo má dítě nejezděte .Televize nefungovala klimatizace teplo nic zima na pokojich

- Avevamo esplicitamente chiesto, il giorno della prenotazione, di non soggiornare nella stanza sotto al bar a causa dei rumori e ci era stata confermata la stanza ai piani alti. Una volta arrivati ci hanno dato la stanza appunto sotto al bar, una specie di tugurio. Colazione inesistente, non a buffet e le foto sono ingannevoli. Sconsiglio.

+ I have nothing good to say other than maybe that they let us leave the luggage at the hotel when we arrived too early for Check-in.

- Where to start...when we arrived early they said we were too early for Check-in. When we returned we got room 103 in the cellar with no real windows. The air is thick with mould and it smells really bad. The bathroom smells disgusting. There is no real window, only cellar windows that open to a busy street with lots of mopeds passing and leaving fuels behind... They wouldn't give us another room but promised a discount which the new guy the next morning knew nothing of. The guys working there just keep repeating that they can't make decisions, but really are using this to shield themselves from any responsibility to the guests. They were quick and routinely in response to the matter and reading up on the reviews it's been a known topic to them that room 103 is giving guests headaches because of the mould since 3 years. Breakfast is prepared the day before: cold and greasy sunny side up, cheap Juice, old crumpled cucumber... second shitty Coffee costs extra. Save yourself the bad mood you get from this hole and go somewhere else.

- I booked a room for August 12th prior to my travels. I received a confirmation number. When I arrived to the hotel I was told that the hotel is completely booked, although, I had the confirmation number and proof of my booking I was rejected and told there were no rooms for me and nothing they can do about it. Leaving me stranded and in search for a hotel in a different country, Very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this stress on anyone.

- Pire hotel qu'on a fait de tout notre séjour en Albanie. Emplacement dans un quartier pas très rassurant, en arrivant j'avais même dit au taxi non c'est possible que l'hôte soit ici! En plus on a droit à une chambre au sous sol avec une fenetre qui donne sur une terasse de café, et donc reveil à 6h du mat à une grosse discussion entre bonhommes albanais. Chambre avec mobilier vieillot, sdb minuscule. Et pour couronner le tout, on oublie des fruits au frigo, on revient pour recuperer nos valises et on demande les fruits dans la chambre, les 2 femmes de ménage nous disent que non il n'y avait rien dans le frigo! Heureusement qu'on on a oublié que des fruits du coup

- Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite having made a reservation and payment in advance, we were informed upon arrival that the hotel was fully booked. While a refund was offered, this left us without accommodation during a major event in the city, forcing us to spend the entire afternoon searching for alternative lodging. The situation was poorly handled by the staff, who were unprofessional and at times rude. Rather than taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame onto us, referencing an unanswered email inquiry as justification—despite the fact that no response had ever been provided on their end. Given the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and the inconvenience caused, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

- Hotel war angeblich überbucht. Laut weiterer Rezensionen ist dieser Umstand nicht das erste Mal der Fall. Leider habe ich die Rezensionen vor der Buchung nicht gelesen. Statt gebuchtem Superior-Doppelzimmer also ein dunkles Doppelzimmer im Souterrain ohne wirkliches Tageslicht bekommen. Fürchterlich! Da helfen auch 10 Euro Discount nicht weiter. Frühstück im Vorfeld dazu gebucht. Nur der erste Cappuccino beim Frühstück ist kostenlos, für jedes weitere Heißgetränk Bezahlung fällig. Insgesamt Frühstück auch sonst unterdurchschnittlich, ohne große Auswahl.

- 2 petits dej alors que la réservation de la chambre était de 2 adultes et 1 enfant Salle de bain un peu petite, si on se douche , on va au toilette les pieds dans l’eau .

- Es hat 4 Nächte gedauert bis verstanden wurde, dass meine Reisebegleitung sich vegan ernährt und ein entsprechendes Frühstück wünscht. Es gibt mein Buffet, man bekommt etwas, ohne das nach Präferenzen gefragt wurde. Ein Mitarbeiter sprach sehr undeutlich und hat auch nicht gut zugehört, leider war dieser die meiste Zeit da. Es war sehr laut im Zimmer. An den äußeren Fensterläden fehlten Teile, so dass eine komplette Abdunklung nicht möglich war. Die Dusche hatte keinerlei richtige Abtrennung am Boden, so dass das gesamte Bad beim Duschen überflutet wurde.

+ The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Our bedroom was nice and large and there was a balcony. The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the main square.

- The bathroom was absolutely tiny and flooded every time somebody had a shower so after breakfast you couldn't go back in there without having to take shoes, socks, trousers etc off. There was also no spare toilet roll and our shower gel ran out so we had to ask for more. Breakfast wasn't a buffet and pretty much the same things were served every day. The road the hotel is on was quite noisy at night (lots of shouting outside) even with the windows/balcony doors shut.

- Das frühstück, war sehr einseitig, jeden Tag das selbe wurde serviert (das war nicht unsers auch was auf den Teller kam nicht). Die Zimmer sind klein und das Hotel ist auch klein. Das Bad ist während des Duschen sofort überflutet.

- Abbiamo ricevuto una camera piccolissima, il bagno era piena di muffa e sul materasso si affondava. Dopo aver segnalato il problema del materasso ci hanno cambiato la camera ma la questione muffa nel bagno era presente anche nell’altra camera. La colazione un po’ scadente, niente latte, niente biscotti e cioccolata

- Das Frühstück war eigentlich ganz lecker, aber man konnte es nicht selbst auswählen
