Arc Hotel Tirana

+ Buona la colazione

- Do una stella a questo hotel perché non posso darne di meno. Avevamo prenotato il servizio navetta aeroportuale al costo di 20€, che ci avrebbe trasferito dall’aeroporto all’hotel. Comunichiamo con largo anticipo il numero di volo per monitorare il nostro arrivo e l’orario di atterraggio. Arriviamo in aeroporto e non c’è nessuno ad attenderci, aspettiamo circa 10 minuti e chiamiamo la struttura. Chiediamo dove siano e che se non stavano arrivando avremmo preso un taxi per non perdere tempo (dal momento che il costo del taxi è anche inferiore al servizio navetta). Ci dicono che entro 5/10 minuti sarebbero stati lì e che c’era un po’ di traffico. Ma una volta saliti in macchina notiamo che nel tragitto hotel/aeroporto non c’era traffico ma erano semplicemente usciti in ritardo. Se acquisto un servizio navetta dell’hotel ad un costo elevato pretendo che l’orario sia puntuale, altrimenti provvedo in altri modi. Come ad esempio taxi o bus. Ci fanno aspettare 45 minuti prima dell’arrivo dell’autista. Al nostro arrivo in hotel non si scusano in nessun modo se non a parole, addebitandoci l’intero importo del servizio. Usciamo per visitare Tirana e al nostro rientro decidiamo di usufruire della vasca idromassaggio che avevamo in camera. La accendiamo e dopo 30 minuti l’acqua non sembra riscaldarsi. Chiamiamo il ragazzo in reception e ci comunica che ci sarebbe voluto molto più tempo per riscaldare la vasca, almeno qualche ora. Cosa che il ragazzo la mattina non ci aveva detto altrimenti l’avremmo lasciata accesa prima di lasciare l’hotel per visitare la città. O almeno dato che avremmo soggiornato solamente una notte farcela trovare calda al nostro arrivo. Ormai delusi e amereggiati dal servizio cominciamo a notare altre mancanze, come ad esempio: la mancanza di cuffia per capelli, le ciabattine ecc cosa che in un hotel spa dovrebbero esserci. In più notiamo che le lenzuola sono tutte bucate. Parliamo comunque di un hotel a 4 stelle.

+ The staff was amazing and appreciated their effort

- The room was not so clean The fridge was not working Bathroom not clean no coffee or tea in the room the fact that we upgraded The chairs on the balcony not strong plastic Too many switches that didn’t work. The lift takes to long The staff occupies one of the dinning tables and chat away The place is being cleaned while u eating. And with the same cloth I will give it 4/10

+ It’s a recently renovated property.

- Everything. Extra costs for spa, but half of spa is broken or unusable/dirty. No massages available. Breakfast is mediocre AT BEST. Gym is not even worthy of the name gym. Will also charge you double the rate for airport transfer.

+ Was kann einem gefallen, wenn er bestohlen wird?

- Ich habe nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, weil ich gegen 23.55 ankam und am nächsten Morgen eine Konferenz hatte. Von Ruhe war nicht die Rede! Es war laut wegen der lebhaften und viel befahrenen Straße. Die ganze Nacht lag ich wach. Das I Tüpfelchen war die Reinigungsdame. Madam hatte meine Air Up Flasche gefunden und für sich behalten. Die Empfangsdame versuchte eine Täuschungsmanöver und erst unter Androhung einer Strafanzeige die Putzfrau schnell anrief. Es ging mir nicht um die 50€ Flasche sondern allein der Tatsache, dass ich als Anwältin in Internationalen Recht sehr viel Reise und die eine oder andere Sache unter Umständen vergessen kann. Bisher war alles ordnungsgemäß geregelt, sogar die Channel Brille in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe wurde unmittelbar zurückgeschickt! Stattdessen die Putzhilfe zu ermahnen, brachten die Flasche mit dem umgedrehten Deckel und entschuldigten sich nicht einmal. Die habe ich dann entsorgt und das Hotel mit einem unappetitlichen Gefühl verlassen. Nehmt euch in Acht

- A fényképeken szereplő ételek nincsenek az étlapon és minimális a választék. Piszkos tányért kaptunk. A szakácsnak nem ez volt a legjobb napja. A promóción szereplő fehér frotír köntös csak a videón szerepel csúnya vékony sárga köntös illetve törölköző volt a SPA részlegen 1db! Pedig ketten mentünk előzetes egyeztetés alapján a recepcióssal aki nem igazán volt egy szimpatikus hölgy.

+ I was in a cab to the airport and I was running late, the driver received a call from the staff at reception and I saw him returning to the hotel and asked me to go to reception, when I went to reception they asked me to pay for a Champaign bottle that I had already paid for already and this return cause me to be late for my flight and I had to rebook my flight which caused me alot, I was disappointed in how they treated me cause why wasn’t i informed that I am being returned to the hotel for this reason as I was running late. This was so unprofessional

+ Piaciuto Colazione

- Non mi è piaciuto niente di sporco poi vivere dappertutto potevi scrivere il tuo nome prima volta in Albania che trovano te un hotel sporco così un hotel di quattro stelle avere queste condizioni

+ La struttura in sé è nuova e ben tenuta e la maggior parte del personale gentile e amichevole specialmente le 2 ragazze alla reception che sono state molto gentili nell assecondare le nostre esigenze con prenotazioni ai ristoranti e consigli sugli itinerari .Colazione con vasta scelta ma da migliorare nella qualità

- A rovinare la nostra vacanza una rissa al 3 piano l ultima notte dove dormivamo alle 4 del mattino con schiamazzi da Far West durati per più di 30 minuti .La struttura oltre a non chiamare la polizia si è rifiutata di intervenire alla nostra richiesta di risarcimento per il disagio causato e con fare super maleducato l’addetto alla reception non ci ha dato nemmeno la possibilità di parlare con il manager in quanto quest’ultimo si è negato perdendo ben di vista quali sono gli obblighi di una struttura nei confronti degli ospiti.Altri clienti si stavano lamentando addirittura dal 5 piano dove anche li si sentivano fortissimo gli schiamazzi .Siamo ben lontani dagli standard europei in fatto di sicurezza . Per il nostro risarcimento è intervenuto Booking che anche se solo parzialmente ha risarcito il disagio .La proprietà della struttura si dovrebbe vergognare di non essere intervenuta nel rimborsare almeno una notte per questa esperienza allucinante .

- We were on a long Balkan trip and chose this hotel as the only hotel with spa on our trip. We booked this hotel for one night. After booking, we received a message that did not specify that the spa needed to be booked. After the payment on reception they offered us to book spa. We said ok, let's book. But that day spa was full and they offered us next day(???). Spa working time is 15-21. After that I texted them here on Booking messenger with questions about the situation and *surprise* they found 2 slots for spa in the evening. But they asked to pay 20 EUR(???). Here on Booking spa does not labeled as paid. The mood was ruined either way and we declined. Burrata(wow) on breakfast were sour. I strictly do not recommend this hotel. Your mood will be ruined, you will be angry and annoyed for a whole day. Not one cent to this hotel, pick another.

+ The staff was very welcoming & friendly, the hotel was in a good location taxis was around £7 to the main centre off Tirana.

- Facilities were poor for a four star hotel. There was no nice common seating area. There was a rooftop bar area that only opened for a few hours on the Saturday night. Restaurant area was the breakfast area which was fine for breakfast, but not for evening dining. Breakfast was also poor.

+ Wij verbleven begin maart 2026 in dit hotel met vijf personen (2 tweepersoonskamers en 1 eenpersoonskamer). Een pluspunt is de ondergrondse parking, wat handig is als je met de wagen reist (opgelet, de parking is echter wel heel klein). De service op zich was oké, maar door de combinatie van ligging, geluidsoverlast en ontbijtkwaliteit zouden wij dit hotel niet aanraden.

- Dit was voor ons het minst overtuigende hotel tijdens onze reis door Albanië. De ligging is niet ideaal: het hotel bevindt zich op ongeveer 45 minuten wandelen van het centrum en ligt vlak naast een drukke weg. Door de beperkte geluidsisolatie is het behoorlijk lawaaierig op de kamers (het voelt bijna alsof je op de snelweg slaapt). Het ontbijt viel helaas tegen qua kwaliteit. We merkten zelfs beschimmeld brood op, wat we gemeld hebben. Dit werd wel weggehaald, maar het is natuurlijk niet iets wat je verwacht.

+ I had an excellent stay at Destiny Hotel & Spa in Tirana. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and well maintained. The meals were also fantastic—fresh, well-prepared, and with a great variety to choose from each day. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the beautiful surprise birthday decoration they arranged for my wife. It was thoughtful, perfectly set up, and exceeded our expectations. That special touch meant so much to us and made her day truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana and would gladly stay here again!.

+ Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had good and varied options

- Hotel is on a busy road and traffic noise at night was annoying. Rooms are serviced by one elevator which can be busy at times.

+ Friendly staff- very helpful, you get everything you need

+ Prachtig uitzicht goede locatie. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hadden de kamer versiert als verrassing voor een verjaardag.

- Ontbijt kan wat uitgebreider. De parkeergarage is super smal je moet echt goed opletten en steken.
