- Zimmer waren dreckig, schimmelig, Gegenstände waren lose und nicht mehr befestigt. Alles heruntergekommen und nicht gepflegt. Toilette war undicht und hat das Bad mit Wasser überschwemmt.

- Water was flowing from the aircon which destroyed my apple watch my charger , my phone and some of my other accessories , when we complained they said ok but nothing can be done. They sent technician after 2 hours who was much more gracious than the front desk people, after whole 1 hr repair the aircon worked again but the front desk team was really not bothered with our worries
+ La cameriera che ci ha rifatto la stanza era molto grntile
- Struttura fatiscente scomodissimo ingresso per le valige. La piscina è ghiaccia non ci batte il sole, è anche sporca e rotta un faretto attaccato a un filo elettrico galleggia dentro l'acua. 😱 Gli asciugamani sono vecchi e logori. La camera viene rifatta con la porta aperta e si riempie di zanzare. Dovevamo stare 5 notti siamo rimasti solo 3 siamo letteralmente scappati. Colazione in un altro stabile molto scomodo e il personale era sempre con la faccia annoiata.

- The room I was put in was very dirty , it looked like shirts were the just changed. The were stains , dust , water in fridge not to mention the shower was dirty. I have more than 4 pictures the room was just dirty.

- This is very old hotel. Cleaning 0/10. This place needs to be replaced ASAP. After my complain about the dirty linen, I heard: a bit dirty … is it a problem?? Yes… it is..

+ כלום, צוות זוועה. הסברנו שסורבה כניסתי עקב חוסר הבנה של מטרת הגבולות והם כמו מסכנים בחרו בכל זאת לחייב אותנו כאילו שהיתה לנו ברירה. הבן היה אמור לחגוג יום הולדת הפסדנו מלא כסף על מלונות וצלילות שהזמנו והם בחרו לחייב. חזירות לשמה

+ Very well located hotel, about 10 mins walk to Old Town. Very near to 7-11 with many restaurants nearby and laundry at nearby petrol station. Best thing is the big pool of building C with nice music for relaxation and cool down in hot weather.
- The building we stayed seemed old, aircon run quite noisy even though in balcony. Bed was big but springy despite mattress topper and no closet or wardrobe for clothes.

+ Ubicación buena, desayuno muy bueno, habitación buena, con amplio balcón y vistas a la ciudad. Personal amable. Me permitieron prolongar la estancia hasta las 13 horas del día de salida.
- El acceso a la recepción tiene unas escaleras muy altas e incómodas para subir las maletas y la rampa de alternativa está super empinada. No hay aire acondicionado en los pasillos

+ The property was everything it said to be and more. I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 night stay and would do tilt over and over again.
- The sliding door in my room made noise. Light sleepers would have a problem.
+ The gigantic bed was amazing!! Location was perfect, staff were super kind. The breakfast choice was amazing!
