amazing hostel to chill at with amazing views of the city. All the staff were very helpful and kind
We absolutely loved stayed here. Marly and Daniel were incredibly hosts and made us feel so looked after and welcome. The house and pool are beautiful, and the view of the sunset is one of the best we’ve seen. Marly was so accommodating when I needed to collect left behind items also! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time in beautiful Santa Teresa
I absolutely loved this hostel, it's in the perfect location. A short walk away from the centre of Santa Teresa with a stunning view. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the whole place is kept so clean! The dorm room was spacious and the attention to detail is clear. They have thought of everything that a traveller needs. When I arrived it was just after Easter, so it was super quiet but this was ideal for me as I was after a peaceful spot more than a sociable space!
A gente foi muito amável e recebidos. Dispostos a ajudar sempre. O lugar é muito lindo, relaxante e limpo. Seguramente vou voltar quando venho à Rio!

J’ai adoré mon séjour chez Casa Das Luzes, cet hostel est magnifique pour prendre du repos et se ressourcer ! L’établissement est extrêmement propre et à une vue imprenable sur Rio. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et bienveillant, avec une mention spécial pour Renata, elle a été le rayon de soleil de mon séjour ! Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, n’hésitez pas à la solliciter. Je n’ai vraiment pas eu la sensation d’être dans un hostel mais plutôt d’être da...
I loved my stay at Casa Das Luzes, this hostel is wonderful to rest and recharge ! The establishment is extremely clean and with an unobstructed view of Rio. The staff is extremely kind and caring, with a special mention for Renata, she has been the sunshine of my stay ! If you need anything, feel free to ask her. I really didn't feel like I was in a hostel but rather like I was in a star hotel!
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed. Clean, friendly and staff could not do any more for you, highly recommend!
Feels like home
Had the most amazing stay here!! It is literally a mansion with amazing facilities, an awesome pool, 10/10 views, comfortable third spaces, amazing kitchen, etc etc etc the list goes on, the staff were so beautiful as well - we extended 2 different times because we couldn’t let justify leaving - can’t recommend this place enough would come back every time!

Nice place, nice view and gorgeous house. On top of a big hill so a bit tiring to walk/move around.
