- Instead of the double room I had booked for me and my partner they gave us a twin room. When I complained they said it was the normal Swedish double, disgraceful lying. The cleaners harassed us many times in the morning to clean the room before check out. There was nowhere to store bags and of course almost never any staff around to deal with any problems.

- Personalen var jätte otrevliga, knackar på dörren flera gånger efter varandra jättehårt jag kan inte resa upp mig på samma sekund, sen gjorde de samma sak när jag gick till toaletten. Jag kommer aldrig komma dit igen och kommer berätta det till alla jag känner. Jag blev jätteful behandlad. Hellre jag går till en dyr ställe annat vara i ett ställe där jag blir fel behandlad och äckligt.

- Rummet. Kalt och fönstret gick inte att öppna.

- Rommet var uten vindu, 4 stk på et lite rom uten vindu er ikke noe jeg vil anbefale noen. Vi betalte ekstra for å få hotell istedetfor vandrerhjem.. da dette fremsto som to valg.Rom uten vindu og måtte legge på sengetøy selv. Kommer nok aldri til å dra tilbake hit. Det står også P for parkering, noe de ikke tilbyr, du blir henvist til div parkeringer i byen. Etter 3 bom (for boende M5) så fant vi et parkeringshus som ikke sto på lista.Skuffende opplegg

- Det är jätte kallt i rummet. Det känns som att jag ligger på gatan. De har stängt värmen.

+ The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I'm sure she's a great asset to you. I loved that you had curtains on the beds in the shared rooms, it allowed for a feeling or privacy even though sharing the space. The breakfast was great.

+ I liked the location of the property, which was very convenient for getting around the city. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were also good and useful during the stay. The staff were helpful, and the self check-in system was smooth and easy to use, which made the arrival process very convenient.

- My stay at the property was unfortunately not a pleasant one. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and the air quality inside was very poor. The curtains and other items in the room were covered with dust, which caused me to start sneezing almost immediately after entering the room. Because of this, I experienced continuous discomfort during my stay, which unfortunately spoiled most of my two days there. It seems that the curtains and other fabric items have not been washed or cleaned for a long time. I would strongly suggest that the property improves its cleaning standards, especially by regularly washing the curtains and ensuring better ventilation so fresh air can circulate in the rooms. This would make a significant difference to guests’ comfort and health.

- Det nämndes inte tydligt att sängkläder skulle kosta extra vid bokningen. Superdold information. Och de debiterade faktiskt mer än vad det visas i booking.com

- Двух спальна кровать була не цілою.
