Je n'ai jamais été capable d'annuler ma réservation sur le site Hostelworld ( dans voyages) car cette réservation n'était pas sur l'application, ni sur le site dans mon compte. J'ai tenté a plusieurs reprises de recevoir du support du service à la clientèle de Hostelword pour l'annulation de ma réservation. Mais malheureusement on me référait toujours à l'application . J'ai demander plusieurs fois d'annuler ma réservation pour moi, on ne m'a pas aidé. Je demande un remboursement...

tried to reach out for them for over 2 days and no answer, message or callback. really disappointed! won't book them again

It's undoubtedly a hostel in the wilderness. It was untidy outside, and the curtains barely hung on the windows – all creating a careless appearance. It is important to emphasise the lack of shower facilities and the use of a pit toilet.

Great host to give us a tour! Excellent energy in the common spaces. Community feel in the kitchen. Disappointing sleep due to three loud guys getting settled from 11p-12a. At 4a, someone turned on all the overhead lights and took several minutes to turn off. Starting from 6:45-8a, very loud conversations from groups getting ready in the morning. One man tossed his stuff from the top bunk to the ground loudly. Overall disrespectful of sleeping space.

For me it was perfect to stay there. You shouldn't expect to much: There is limited electricity, a outhouse, no shower, no running water and no WiFi. But i had a warm bed and kitchen to cook my meals. That's all what i needed. Staff was friendly and there was a nice athmosphere. i could be cheaper for this little equipment.

Je recommande cette auberge, nous l'avons choisi afin de faire la icefield parkway et 2 jours afin de profiter pleinement de tout ce qu'il y a à voir ! L'emplacement était donc parfait pour nous. L'auberge n'a pas d électricité, eau à aller chercher à n'a rivière mais c'est ce qui en fait son charme !! Le gérant est très gentil, il nous a fait un feu de bois le soir ce qui nous a permis de tous discuter autour du feu pendant es heures c'était très sympa !!

When they say a wilderness hostel, they really mean a wilderness hostel. There is no running water. This is okay for showering as you can take it into account. But this also means no water for the dishes or washing your food or hands. The location is absolutely beautiful as it is directly next to the river. The ambience was also very nice. It is perfectly rustic! Nothing more to want as the essentials are taken care of - heat, cleanliness, comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and cookware and a fire pit. We had a clear and darkest sky I have ever experienced. The stars were amazing! The electricity didn’t last for more than an hour - so a lantern, headlamps or flashlight are essential. Not fancy at all, but everything you would want in the great winter outdoors. Thank you for maintaining this facility!

If you like to go ‘back to the basics’ this will be a nice experience. The facilities are limited and there is no wifi or reception. But the bonfire, night sky, and people make it all worth it.

We visited but couldn’t stay because of a sick dog. Scott was terrific and helped us find alternate accommodation and numbers for the veterinarians we need. I very much appreciate his help and encouragement.

It was clean and well kept. The host was friendly and welcoming. We had a really great time. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Wow! Hands down one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. It is a wilderness hostel so be prepared to have no running water but honestly this was no trouble. The host was very welcoming and friendly, he made us feel very safe and comfortable. The views across the river were simply stunning and there were plenty of nice spots to sit and appreciate the scenery and calmness of the area. WiFi was available but we didn’t feel it was necessary. HI Beauty Creek is a charming wilderness hostel in a stunning setting. As one would expect, facilities are "rustic" but that's part of the wilderness experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best location for a hostel ever?? A wonderful stay!

This is what I’d hoped all of the hostels I’d stayed at in the Banff & Jasper area were like: the manager was on site & kept common areas extremely organized & clean. Jumped in the creek out back to clean up and cool off, and had some of the best nights talking to other travelers and enjoying the stars.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars. This location will move you so deeply that you will reconnect with yourself and heal forever. Pit toilets are little challenge for those who are not use to it but the location and surroundings is all worth the little discomfort. Kitchen is well maintained. Jeff the manager there always made sure that everyone is comfortable. Just love it! Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Hi Beauty Creek! L’hostel est au cœur de la nature et sur la route de Jasper. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment. La cuisine est bien pratique et il fait bon dans les dortoirs. Je recommande !

Scott is going above and beyond to make this place feel cozy despite being very basic. There was always clean and hot water, the kitchen was well equipped and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Would choose this place over any other in the area with running water and electricity!

Lovely place in the middle of the mountains, the hostel is near the highway so very easy to find. The host is very kind and helpful. The only thing is that there are no showers and the use of pit toilets.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The dorm is very small but the scenery and location is perfect and beds were comfy. Kitchen had all we needed and staff were so helpful and kind. When can I come back?!?

Great location, but small communal kitchen and relaxing area for the amount of people. Lots of mosquitoes which ment we couldn’t sit outside (obviously nothing you can do about that!) Great host (Scott) very helpful and knowledgeable.

Auch wenn man keine richtige Dusche hatte, fande ich es viel besser als alle Hotels in denen ich übernachten habe, weil die Atmosphere einfach klasse ist. Scott ist super nett :) ich kann es nur empfehlen
