Little View Homestay

+ The location was good because it's close to the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

- The room needs a deep clean and renovation, especially the bathroom. In front of the accommodation there is a super loud night club (I know that isn't the Homestay fault but I didn't know that information before making the booking) Beds not really comfortable

+ A dona do alojamento foi muito simpática e bastante prestável e a localização é excelente.

- Os quartos eram interiores com janela para o corredor, mas ao contrário de outros locais onde já ficámos em quartos similiares, ambos tinham um cheiro intenso a mofo, a pontos de acordar de noite com acessos de tosse e dificuldade em respirar. Um dos quartos tinha o lavatório entupido e o outro sempre que se usava a sanita entupia, o que foi extremamente desagradável, principalmente durante a noite. Apesar do quarto estar aparentemente limpo, os lençóis da cama nao cheiravam a lavado, o que nos levou a questionar se tinha a ver com o cheiro a mofo ou outra razão... Não recomendo de todo os quartos interiores!

- Il faut savoir que l’hôtel est en face d’une discothèque. Musique à fond que l’on entend de la chambre si on donne sur la rue. Impossible de dormir. Cependant, le personnel est compréhensif et m’a proposé une autre chambre.

+ Big room, clean, lovely hosts.

- Disco place next door so music going till after midnight. We were in the big room on the street. Other rooms might be quieter so ask for room at the back. Otherwise nice but we got in late and left early AM

+ Très bon accueil de la propriétaire et très serviable (elle m'a aidé à prendre mon billet de bus pour le retour sur Hanoï et m'a donné de bons conseils).

+ The host was lovely - very friendly, spoke excellent English and helped us organise things to do. Be sure to take up the tour offered with the local guide - it was the highlight of our stay in Sapa. The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds are very comfy too and the shower is hot. The balcony is large enough to sit out of an evening and listen to life going on below (and opposite). The hotel is in a good position, not far from the lake and from the funicular for Fansipan.

- Neither of these points were actually a problem for us but it is worth noting that this hotel is noisy. They have done their best to soundproof the room, but it is on a very lively street (particularly on a Saturday night) and opposite a nightclub. Bring earplugs (or go join the party) and you should be fine. We slept well, but it could be an issue for some. Secondly, there are three floors with no lift and the staircase is narrow. Again, not a problem for us as we had backpacks but I think you would struggle with a large suitcase.

+ Great value for money, host was super friendly and even booked us an amazing hike to go on! Breakfast was also delicious and they adapted it to make it gluten free! Highly recommend

+ Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. Le balcon. Logement bien placé.

- Salle de bain vétuste. Un peu bruyant car la chambre donnait sur la rue.

+ Hele lieve en behulpzame host, ruime kamer, centraal gelegen, Lekker ontbijt, de bedden zijn erg comfortabel en ook de kat is erg lief :) zeker een aanrader!

+ L’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, qui a été très arrangeante pour pouvoir laisser nos backpacks en arrivant tôt le matin après notre bus de nuit. L’emplacement pratique. N’hésitez pas à faire le trek dans les rizières proposée par l’hostel, super journée avec la guide Nini, de l’ethnie des Hmong, qui vous expliquera beaucoup de chose sur leur façon de vivre, et les paysages étaient magnifiques, même avec une météo couverte.

+ Trang was spot on with her recommendations of places to eat and visit. She spent time chatting while we waited for our bus back to Hanoi. Lovely host!!!

+ Das Homestay liegt zentral und passt einfach zu diesem Ort! Alles, was funktionieren muss, funktioniert: Die Klimaanlage (sie heizt auch, was um diese Jahreszeit sehr wichtig ist!), die Dusche (mit richtig gutem Strahl!), der Fön, etc. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
