The room was dirty, the towels smelled bad, there was only one blanket for 2 people, and the staff did not help with anything. We wanted help and information and no one would answer the emergency telephone. Very frustrating.

Cuando lo reserve sabía que no iba a Versalles, pero esto... Una chabola.Tuve que llamar desde un número de teléfono oculto para que me atendieran la llamada para conseguir el código de acceso a mis llaves.Cuando lo logré y pude entrar al edificio, un olor a orines de gato o humedad, todavía no lo puedo identificar, nos dió la bienvenida.La habitación, minúscula al igual que la cama, la cuál había sido pedida twin.Hasta Hoy que nos fuimos, no hemos visto a nadie.Te dicen que podrías ...

Definitely was a decent place for a good price. There were a few things of concern though. The first is that the door into the place broke on my last night there. When I got back that night the workers were locked in and I had to unlock the door from the outside to let them out. They closed the door and told me they would come back tomorrow to fix it. After thinking about it, I was thinking having people locked in a building is not safe and a huge fire hazard. The staff is rarely there.

Definitely was a decent place for a good price. There were a few things of concern though. The first is that the door into the place broke on my last night there.
