+ It has a good location. That’s it!

- There’s a smoking area on every floor meaning the all the rooms smell of smoke. We had to change rooms on our first night because it was so bad also both rooms had unpleasant stains on the furniture, bed sheets and towels. The staff aren’t helpful at all. Rubbish breakfast. And when we went to check out they made up a number for our bill and when we asked for the receipt of what we owe it was 400,000 VND less that they said. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

- Very bad experience. We booked a room for 3 and when we showed up they said that the room was too small for 3 people. They offered us a bigger room but we had to pay x3 the initial price. How could you sell a room for 3 people if it barely fits 2? Upgrade should be free! They didn’t even offer us a drink or breakfast to make up for their mistake. When asked to talk to a manager none showed up. And also the booking.com customer service sucks. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered in Vietnam!

- Ужасное отношение персонала! При выселении с нас взяли оплату за услугу глажки рубашки мужа, хотя мы не заказывали и рубашек не брали с собой в отпуск. Просили показать камеры. Но нам отказывали. Сотрудники клининга украли пакет с манго который был на полу. Администратор сказал что думали, что выкинули.

- I requested x-ra towel services. She said no extra towel for the hotel rule. I said I 'll pay it that but her answer was same.

+ The pool was great

- Our room smelt and didn’t feel clean. The gym was boiling hot and most of the equipment didn’t work. The location was ok but not great

- Me cobraram absurdos 30% do valor integral da minha acomodação por que passei 1h a mais no quarto para o checkout , sai do quarto às 12:50 Paguei por 7 dias ou seja foi me cobrado uma diária a mais por 50 minutos neste hotel.

+ The reception was beautiful, and the it was only a 15 minute walk down to the beach, or 10 mins to the river so very conveniently located.

- One lift wasn't working, so only one functioning and it would often take several minutes to arrive and sometimes skip floors completely. The breakfast was poor with disappointing hygiene, e.g. smears of old jam across the toasting machine, food/napkins on the floor. The staff weren't particularly friendly and couldn't give any recommendations for nearby activities/eating. The room itself was fine, and view fantastic but a weak shower.

- Noisy! When I got my t-shirts dry cleaned they washed, tumbled dried, shrunk them all and the staff just laughed. Shower is very slippery!

+ El colchón era comodísimo y las almohadas también. La habitación era muy grande y la ubicación muy buena

- Falta de mantenimiento. En la habitación teníamos una chaise long y tenía una mancha donde se apoya la cabeza y en la piscina, las fundas de las tumbonas estaban todas manchadas. El desayuno es casi todo típico oriental, hay pocas opciones europeas

+ A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes,közel volt a tengerhez,robogóval minden könnyedén elérhető ezért az feltétlenül javaslom,reggeli bőséges és változatosnak találtam. A szoba megfelelt az elvárásaimnak,kényelmes és tiszta volt,ár érték arányba hibátlan,bátran javalsom aki Da Nang-ba szeretne megszállni közel a tengerparthoz.

+ I only stayed one night but would definitely come again. My room was clean and spacious with everything you need like hairdryer and kettle. The staff are great, it's great value and the beds are super-comfortable, the towels are white and not stained.

+ Good location with very spacious bedrooms. The staff were very helpful.

- As a wheelchair user the bathroom was a little tight and could do with a shower stool.

+ I like the fact that its in the centre ore near by places we need. Like food and more

- I didn't like the fact the rooftop bar wasn't as clean and it was verry moist on the rooftop there. And also the bathroom could be a little bit cleaner.

+ Albergo davvero bello! C’è tutto quello che ti serve, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

+ 1) The location is perfect because it’s near to the airport, beach, restaurants and shopping areas. 2) Have a nice view from the skybar/swimming pool.

- 1) Very limited staff who could speak english. 2) Encountered a little problem in paying by card @ the skybar and we need to go down to the reception for a help. Happened 3 times.

+ Our room had a bathtub and was spacious and clean. We only had an issue due to rain leaking through the window seals but the staff cleaned up the excess water immediately. Breakfast was nice. Pool was great on the days available due to weather. Staff friendly and helpful.
