+ They scammed be out of €150 and forced me at gunpoint with local police to pay for damage I did not cause. I asked to change room due to drilling noise from construction next door, happily left my bag and the room in mint condition and came back to the wild accusations. They also held me captive and would not let me leave the hotel and forced me to write a letter with a gun and handcuffs. Half the money went to the police. These people are criminals. Do not stay here for your own safety.i have reported the matter to the Irish embassy in Hanoi. And will be taking further action. Do not stay here, it’s a scam!!!!

- Este es el peor hotel en las dos semanas que llevo en Vietnam e incluso diría el peor hotel que he estado en mi vida. La habitación no tiene más de 10 metros cuadrados, sin ventanas ni balcón, un zulo ideal para claustrofóbicos. No hay sitio para abrir las maletas excepto encima de la cama, con lo cual las maletas o nosotros sobramos. El aseo es casi igual de pequeño que la habitación, te puedes duchar al mismo tiempo que estás sentado en el WC. El aire acondicionado da directo en uno de los lados de la cama, con lo cual lo tienes que quitar si no quieres caer enfermo. Cuando nos quejamos en recepción nos dijeron que era lo que habíamos reservado, es decir una habitación doble superior, que es lo peor del hotel. No sabemos como tiene tan buena valoración, pero si te fijas un poco, te das cuenta que las recomendaciones del hotel son falsas, ya que las recomendaciones españolas no tienen ningún nombre que exista e incluso algunas se repiten.

- Too many mosquitoes in the room and bothered my sleep. Housekeeper trolly stays in front of the elevator and blocked the way to the room whole day. The equipments on the trolly are messy and disgusting to see all the time when I go out. It makes me feel like I’m staying in a cleaning staff waiting room. Lots of stuffs ignore if we ask something in English.

+ Most of the staff were very friendly. Location was pretty good but on a very busy street.

- Beds were rock hard, very uncomfortable. This is the main reason for the low score. We asked for more blankets as the beds only had one very thin one and we were only given one - we had 3 beds in the room. We were told there weren't anymore. We had to sleep with our tracksuits on to keep warm. Breakfasts were very average, definitely not worth it, better to go to a restaurant outside the hotel. There are many good ones around the hotel. Tv didn't work but I may not have been operating it properly so thats ok, we didn't really need it. Wifi not good at all in the back rooms, may be better in the front rooms. Xem bản dịch

- Breakfast was bad, service normal... i think the manager wasnt that attentive enough

- The room we booked was not available. The room was small and dingy. Noise, bathroom was small.

- The standard rate is set at more than a 4 star hotel and then they "discount" by 70% Its really just a 3 star hotel and all facilities are 3 star. Dont be fooled. Wont be going back there

+ Lovely staff which was the highlight. Location is central and fine. Price is reasonable.

- However, you cannot judge this hotel by the photos. the reality is that the hotel room is old, dirty, and just not the same as in the photos. I found the shower in the bathroom to be so dirty and old and broken.

+ Properly was very clean, organised. I’ll recommend everyone to book it. All Staffs were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lily was really awesome, joyful, Calm and answered all our queries. Breakfast was really good, also has vegetarian options.

+ Die gute Lage und der ungaulich hilfsbereite Service. Die frische Pho beim Frühstück und die Option ein frisch zubereitetes Ei in jeglicher Variation zu erhalten war sehr gut. Ausserdem ist die Rooftopbar wunderbar, um die Aussicht zu genießen

- Das Frühstück hätte für unsere Wünsche gerne noch mehr Auswahl an vietnamesischem Essen haben können.

+ Everything was great but I need to highlight Haley and Lily who took care of us so well especially Haley once we arrived! She went above and beyond. Hotel is in a little street and is charming - great breakfasts and super room with balcony 🥰 - loved it!

+ Such a joyful stop during our journey in Vietnam. The room and facilities were fairly basic, but the service exceeded that of many four star hotels.

+ The atmosphere was good, surrounding area was very lively for the entire week. Once you got the pace, you will be in love with the place when everything available for almost 24h, food and beer places after 22:00, Banh mi until 3AM! The room wasn't more than basic, but got enough for a night sleep and we didn't stay inside quite often. Staffs were amazing, gave us the uncommon touristic things and places to go, surrounded with locals not knowing how do we know the place. Sum up this was a wonderful trip we had in Hanoi, and we would come back again and again just because of the staff team
