- Слышимость невероятная, уснуть невозможно, и с 6-7 утра готовьтесь проснуться. Завтраков просто нет. Выпрашивали пару кусков колбасы, и хотя бы нож и вилку. Каждый день. Омлет на двоих- это яичница, по одному яйцу каждому. И ее нужно выпрашивать. Естественно, перестали там завтракать. Обслуживание номеров- никакое. Постель ни разу не поменяли за 5 дней. Однозначно нет

- On the last day of our stay, a precious ring was stolen from our room during the day while we were away. When we returned to the room and discovered the loss, the receptionist replied that we had lost it ourselves. At the same time, personal belongings were clearly open, and the window in the room was also completely open. Half an hour later, the same employee returned the ring and said that he had found it in one of the garbage bags, without even opening them. We lived in the room for 5 days, and the bags had clearly accumulated. In our opinion, the managers themselves are involved in the theft of valuables from the rooms. We do not recommend this hotel.

- Property location is very bad, no lift for any floor disaster for disabled person, room light is extremely bad, disgusting breakfast options , dirty bed sheets and mattresses, language problem with staff, didn’t care about customers and kept their promise to provide me 2 rooms on ground floor as I am a disabled person and was there with my family, I will give 0 star out of 5

+ Mir hat es nur gefallen das die Putzfrau fast jeden Tag gekommen ist.

- Es war Bettwanzen auf mein Bett. Wir hatten keine fester. Wir hatten das höchste Zimmer. Es war sehr heiß 🔥 weil die haben von unten die Lüftung ausgemacht.

+ Room was clean and comfortable. It was my first time in Istanbul and it is walking distance to the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc.). Good restaurant options nearby. Wi-fi worked fine. No complaints.

+ Odlična lokacija, naročito za nekog ko dolazi automobilom. Blizina centra grada. Objekat je čist, sve je udobno, moderno.

- Prilaz je slepa ulica i bila je blokirana 12h usled obližbjeg grasilišta. Iako prigradski voz prolazi odmah pored hotela, sve stanice prevoza zahtevaju barem 5min hoda, dok ni jedna linija ne vodi ka centru (što prosto nije greška objekta, takva je lokacija). U blizini nema prodavnica, sve je namenjeno turistima. (nema veze sa objektom). I da dodam - lokacija hotela prema mapi na Booking-u je 50m dalje od stvarne lokacije. Bolje tražiti hotel direktno na mapama.

+ Bien situé dans un quartier animé mais dans une rue calme. Très proche ( en marchant) de Sainte Sophie "mosquée bleue" etc et du tram pour aller vers la Corne d'or. Chambre sympa, salle de bain bien équipée.

- Juste un petit manque dans ma chambre une source lumineuse au dessus du lit.

+ Отличное месторасположение, 10 минут до Софии и трамвайной остановки, полчаса неспешной прогулки до Галатского моста. Отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь.

- Немного уставшие номера, страдает уборка. Но в целом, когда весь день гуляешь, эти мелочи не важны.

+ Friendly staff and good communication. 24/7 help desk. Good location to historical monuments. Room comfortable.

- Beds could have an extra layer of protection as they only had a single sheet. There was some noise in the room, potentially due to the aircon, but it did not bother me. Although it is technically a central location, the location is a tourist trap with not as many good or cheap restaurants, which is a shame, because the hotel is nice. (This is obviously not the hotel's fault)

+ We have an excellent days staing in this hotel and I will recommend to my friends and family
