+ El hostal es muy agradable y limpio. El personal tambien muy atento y tiene buena relacion calidad. La ubicacion es buena, muy cerca del patio Bellavista.
- La baja nota se debe solamente a que me entregaron una habitacion justo al frente de la calle.. La habitacion no tiene doble panel y entonces se escuchaban todos los autos y no pude dormir antes de las 2 AM. Si me hubieran dado una habitacion sin vista a la calle, estoy seguro que mi estadia hubiera sido perfecta.
+ Fueron muy amables. Necesitaba hacer ayuno de 10 horas para operarme en la mañana y pregunté si podían darme el alimento del desayuno en la noche a lo que accedieron y estaba muy rico. El lugar es muy lindo, decorado de manera rústica y la construcción es muy interesante.
- La aislación entre las piezas es mala. Llegó una pareja de alemanes a las 04 al a la pieza de al lado y estuvieron conversando hasta la hora que deje la pieza a las 07 am. No pude descanzar. Eso le baja mucha puntuación. Había solo una sábana y un cubrecamas lo que sentí insuficiente. Pase una mala noche
Dryer is not working. And I was run out of my cloths. Dryer is very important for backpackers!
+ Localização excelente, quarto grande.
- Teria sido excelente se não fosse a péssima experiência na hora do banho. A temperatura do chuveiro oscilava entre fervente e gelada no meio do banho em todos os dias. Reclamamos com o staff por dois dias e não fizeram nada. Não estragou a viagem mas eu não recomendo pra ninguém.

This hostel is the best that I have stayed at in Chile and in fact South America. The open courtyard is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

One of the most beautiful hostels on my world tour! cozy furnished, clean, kind staff, who continued to help me even in the middle of the night with my taxi, all in all a super experience, I would come back again and again! thank you very much!!
Lovely little sanctuary in the city. Not a social hostel but perfect for what I wanted. Really clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful 😊

We stayed in a Twin Bed Private with a shared bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful, they kept our big suitcase in the storage for free for a week while we went down to Patagonia. The breakfast was good: bread, cheese, turkey, yogurt, jam. They also did a laundry service for only 6000 CLP. The hostel felt secure and safe and had a quiet atmosphere, which is what we were looking for. The surrounding area felt safe as well, with good options for food and drinks. Overall would recommend.

I thought this was a great hostel. I'm an older backpacker and for me, it was perfect. Located in a quiet, safe part of the city and close enough to restsurants and the funicular railway at San Cristobal. The staff were slways helpful in meeting my needs, like storing my liggage when I made some other trips away from Santiago. it has a nice relaxed feel to the place and I would highly recommend if you prefer a laid back, non-party type of place.
+ Very friendly staff and beautiful old building. Huge room (we had the family room). Also loved that they have a sustainability concept.
- Only a small window in our room, it was a bit too hot at night.

+ The location was fantastic! Loved the Bellavista neighborhood - close to funicular, hiking, cable car restaurants, and easy walk or subway to downtown. Breakfast was great especiallyvthe homemade yoghurt.
- Neighborhood was a little bit smelly but we got used to it.
