- la ubicación es exactamente en la estancion de tren con lo cual abres la ventana y te encuentras con los cables y los railes del tren, aunque las ventanas pretenden insonorizacion no lo consiguen, da la impresion que estas en la propia vía del tren, pienso que eso se debe de advertir al hacer la reserva o bien a la hora e hacer el chek-in. Por otro lado el suelo no se limpia hace tiempo. el desayuno es en una cafetería fuera, muy malo. no tiene escaleras.

According to the owner, this is the "Italian Breakfast" . It's disheartening to talk to people with this kind of commercial vision. It's a mistake for Booking to list this accommodation without clearly stating it's a room rental, and what is advertised as breakfast can hardly be called breakfast. Towels are changed every four days, and this warning is not mentioned in the Booking reservation. The manager/owner refused to provide two towels for exchanging wet and used towels. This accommodation is for emergencies only. For the same price, you can find dignified accommodations in excellent hotels in La Spezia. Be careful not to fall into the same mistake we did. If you value a minimum of comfort, stay far away from this accommodation. It's located near the train station, and the noise is continuous. I repeat, if you're looking for a minimum of comfort, stay far away from this accommodation. La Spezia has several hotels with excellent service. Non ha reception, non ha ascensori, si arriva con valigie e bisogna salire due piani di scale per raggiungere la camera senza alcun aiuto. Non dispone di parcheggio. Riescono a trovare un garage distante dall'ospitazione. La colazione è una vergogna. Un semplice caffè con un croissant che non viene servito nell'edificio ma in un altro stabilimento, obbligandovi a spostarvi. Secondo il proprietario questo è l'Italian Breakfast .

Aucune convivialité. À notre âge logé au 3ème étage 88 marches sans ascenseur. Pas d’aide pour les valises. Chambre petite, très petite penderie, frigo Bruyant. Salle de bain - WC exiguë à peine 75cm de large. Cerise sur le gâteau, petit déjeuner frugal servi au café d’en face ( traverser 2 rues) 1 viennoiserie, 1 jus de fruit industriel, 1 boisson chaude. Pas de laitage. À proscrire de Booking.

- Une chambre très sombre, pas éclairée, et très petite, l'hygiène laisse à désirer, toilettes mal nettoyée, et placard poussiéreux et ancien, Chambre mal isolée du bruit, Un petit déjeuner très médiocre, et indigeste, je ne recommande pas cette expérience

- La propreté, la chambre était très sale (photos à l’appuie), l’emplacement (très très bruyant), pas de double vitrage.
+ l'hotel est affreux, le personnel détestable, c'est ultra bruyant, petit déjeuner : un café et un mauvais croissant et c'est tout,. salle de bain moisie. mauvaise literie. ce sont des escrocs qui annonce une fausse adresse. en réalité les chambres donnent sur le quai de la gare . impossible de dormir . Bref, en un mot : horrible
- Tout était affreux, le personnel, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la situation géographique ! l'adresse notée sur booking est fausse. Hotel à fuir absolument !!

+ Ottima accoglienza, bella stanza, ottima posizione e eccellente colazione... E' stato possibile anche lasciare la valigia nell apposito deposito. Da consigliare!

- ブッキングコムが示しているアドレスが実際のアドレスとちかっていた、30mくらいはなれていた、グーグルマップでホテルのアドレスにいってるから全くたどりつかない。 なかなかHOTELがみつけれず、仕方なくTELした。 フロント女性がつれにきてくれた。 １９時すぎころ １９時半までしかフロントがおらず、それ以降であったらたどりつかなかったとおもう。 ホテル入口は表示がちいさくでてるだけで表示も分かりづらいので、 ブッキングコムの表示の修正が必須！

- The deodorant sticks used in the rooms and receptions are not suitable for everyone, I had to put it out of the window due to sensitivities (headaches, dry cough). This property is excellent, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone with mobility issues, due to lots of stairs and a big step to the bathroom in the room. However, we love Casa Dane' and we will book it again if we return to Liguria in the future!

Thanks for the hospitality! The hotel is perfectly located, the staff are hardworking and friendly, and guide was explained. Rooms were clean and the dinner suggest was good. We’ll definitely be back!
