- It's horrible place, I will not put my dog even there. Bathroom has big plumbing issues, water splashig over everywhere, rooms smelling so bad, mattress are so uncomfortable and thin. Towel give to us was smelling so bad and looked so old, while we were two, they give one, basic toiletries not even taken care. Most important door lock did't even work at all, I had leave door all open all the time, and pretend as if I locked it.

- Reception staff was really bad...he don't know how to communication with guest.....not good welcome....if that STAFF SAGAR is there in Reception more than 80% guest will cancel for sure with his miss behaviour...request hotel nana to change the staff for the better future

- Rooms were old and cozy. I couldnot sleep because the resturant was playing the music soo loud whole night. Rooms ambients was old and dirty.Badest stay in my whole travel.

- We went there previously as well. We found the receptionist very rude and was arguing with us time to time but the room was clean and had a balcony as well. So we went again thinking that the receptionist might just be that way. This time the room was horrible. The mattress was soo bad that multiple springs were already poking us, there were stains on the bedsheet, walls and everywhere. My body started itching after I stayed there. Definitely not going there anymore

- there was a cockroach under the bed toilet is worst nightmare for anyone serive is poor

It’s in the main point of Thamel, so everything like shops, restaurants, and travel services is very close and easy to access. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.
