- 中文評論在下方 The hotel is fine, except for the pick-up service and the way they calculate the price. On the day I arrived, the driver didn’t show up at the airport at first. After I confirmed with the receptionist, the driver finally appeared. However, instead of driving me directly to the hotel, he stopped by the international airport and asked me to wait for another tourist. He left me in the car without air conditioning for what felt like endless waiting. It was very frustrating that my time was wasted. I thought the pick-up was supposed to be a private transfer, so it ended up being very confusing and inefficient. And, no compensation from the hotel. Furthermore, the way they charged was also unclear. They calculated the price in USD using a higher exchange rate (around 1:141), while the rate at money exchange counters outside was about 1:139. + Friendly and helpful staff. Located in Thamel near all the shops and restaurants. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good. Breakfast is good.
- Depends the room you’re staying in, if it gets to the street it’s a bit noisy even at night.
+ Exceptional value. With pick up or drop off at airport included. I was travelling with a group who were staying at a different 4* hotel. Hotel jampa was at least as good if not better. Breakfast was great and I also ate at the restaurant - excellent value. The hotel is in a very busy area and I requested a quiet room. The room was perfect. If I’m fortunate enough to visit Nepal again I shall certainly stay at hotel Jampa.

+ The staff were very friendly, the location was so convenient, they upgraded my room free of cost. They also arranged for airport pickup.

+ The stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The room and bathroom were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

+ Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, hotel ustytouwany w cichej cześci dzielnicy Thamel. Bardzo czysto, świetny personel, polecam.
- Jedynym minusem są śniadania. W części restauracyjnej rano bywa dość chłodno, przez co serwowane potrawy szybko tracą temperaturę. Dodatkowo menu śniadaniowe jest mało urozmaicone, ponieważ każdego dnia pojawiają się praktycznie te same propozycje.
