Hotel Camino Real

+ Todo bien

- Hice el pago para dos adultos y 1 niño de 10 años con su desayuno y en el hotel me querían cobrar el desayuno del niño, cuando claramente la reserva decía desayuno incluido.

+ Cambiaron las opciones de reservación habían mantenido la oferta de precio con desayuno incluido. Ahora ofrecen mismo precio sin desayuno y me hicieron pasar una vergüenza horrible con mi novia saliendo de desayunar. Ya habia hecho el check-in ya había estado en el restaurante una hora para el desayuno, luego perdí 15 minutos en recepción porque ni ellos estaban seguros y luego me llamaban a cada rato a la habitación. En resumen fue una estadía hostil y me sentí robado por el cargo extra de mas de 30 dolares. El precio total no es razonable para la calificación del hotel en la ciudad. Esta sobrevalorado.

- Nicaragua es un pais horrible que nunca mas volveria a visitar es un pais lleno de gente corrupta que solo quieren ver de que forma dañan o le sacan dinero a los extranjeros cuando los visitan empezando por los policias, y no es que uno tenga mala suerte y te toque uno asi, nooo todos son asi son una bola de ladrones que te intimidan al punto de querer salir huyendo del pais ahora entiendo porque Nicaragua esta como esta, a la gente que lea este mensaje no vayan nunca a Nicaragua

+ When we arrived there it looked nice, but when we were sleeping there was bedbugs and we got bitten. We complained and the receptionist said there was nothing to do because the manager did not get there until 8am. She called him and he got mad at her because she called him to tell him what had happened. You literally could see the bugs squished on the blankets!!! The manager told the receptionist to tell us there was nothing they could do, not even give us a refund. It’s unacceptable since supposedly is a 5 star hotel. NASTY!

- I am appalled by the experience I had at this hotel. The customer service was nothing short of atrocious, with staff who clearly lack the proper education and training necessary to request a simple piece of information with tact. We were asked the room number we were staying at by a guy with a tattoo on his left upper arm (they don’t wear name tags) with the highest level of apathy and disdain as if the guy himself owns the place (we noticed the same treatment from the majority of the personnel), and it's clear that these issues go far beyond the front desk and up the chain of command. The hotel is poorly run, and the conditions reflect that. There were cockroaches in the shower—a clear indication of the lack of hygiene and care in maintaining the facilities. The installations seem to be stuck in the 70s, with outdated decor that only added to the overall feeling of neglect. What’s more concerning is the apparent history of poor service and security issues, as seen in reviews from previous customers (on Google Maps and Boooking). We didn't feel safe having our room cleaned for fear that our belongings might be stolen, which is unacceptable in any establishment that calls itself a 5 star hotel. I will never be staying at this place again and sincerely hope that my review will help others understand what they might be walking into. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I will also consider writing a formal complaint to Globales management.

+ It’s run like a resort, there is staff available for anything you might need at anytime. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The front desk was able to let us check our bigger luggage with them while we headed to the Corn Islands for a few days as luggage weight on the flight to Corn Islands is strict for those tiny planes. I couldn’t say anything negative about this place

+ Very close to the airport, our room was comfortable and cool. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. A great option for an airport hotel.

- Ho passato le 48 ore prima di arrivare a scrivere per chiedere transfer da aereporto ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Vergognoso per un 5 stelle. A colazione ho chiesto un cappuccino con latte vegetale e non lo avevano… tornati in camera sono stato chiamato dalla cucina poiché non avevo pagato i caffè, sebbene la colazione era inclusa 😅 Queste cose non sono accettabili per un 5 stelle

+ Beautiful space and clean amenities. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Excellent choice near the airport for starting or ending your stay

+ Amazing stay, super close to the airport! Loved this hotel so much. Our dinner was incredible and had a great vibe by the pool in the evening. We could also store our bags whilst we went to corn islands and free shuttles or 10 dollars for private taxi if before 6am
