Bla Bla Hostel

I didn’t feel good in this hostel. A tens of the reasons. After 107 visited countries, staying in this hostel is on the top of worst my experiences! The location is excellent and the girls at the reception are polite.

Good location, bathrooms were clean. However, disgusting rooms, smelled incredible bad, bed and mattress probably the worst I’ve ever slept at in a hostel. Like really bad. Weird atmosphere, not social, also just weird people. I’d skip to be honest.

The internal management is really lacking. I had a ton of problems with communication, solving issues, and getting my deposit back. Every time I ask for help, I end up waiting for the next shift person, and then they have a bad attitude. After all when I tried asking for his name to complain about it, he refused. Unprofessional!

Really bad. The pictures are not at all representative of what the hostel look like. The paint is peeling off the walls, the beds are old, dirty, and poorly constructed, the showers and toilets are filthy, the fridges look and smell like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The general atmosphere is really bad. There are a lot of creepy older men staying at this hostel. There is a bad smell in the top floor where the kitchen and common rooms are. The staff are rude and unhelpful.

Needs a lot of improvement Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. The paint was peeling off the walls, and parts even fell on my bed while I was sleeping. The mattress was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise with every move. Cleanliness was below expectations cleaning was only done once a day, which isn’t enough for a hostel with several floors. Over priced and kept asking for more money.

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Rating appears high because the hostel has been paying individuals to leave good reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE.

cannot stress anough how dreadful this hostel is. The man on the desk, Daribor, was rude and impatient on arrival, I witnessed himharrasing a guest much younger than himself, also dismissing another guests complaint and calling him ugly when he left the room. Not to mention the actual room: the beds were creaky, uncomfortable, the room was unclean, I had no private storage and someone in my room was clearly living there full time, messy, smelly and antisociantisocial. Do Not Stay Here.

good price + location. not very social vibe but might be due to the month. i also noticed the reception guy having a preference to talk to solo travelling women a lot which gave me a slightly uncomfortable impression at times..

Chambre très agréable mais salle de bains et toilettes sales et hostel bruyant (ça fait la fête !!)

Great stay! The hostel is very well maintained and thoughtfully managed. Dali was an excellent host - very polite and responsive throughout. Despite our delayed flight and very late arrival (around 3–4 AM), he went out of his way to guide us with clear instructions for entering the building and accessing our room. Everything was smooth thanks to him. You can really see the effort he puts into managing the place and taking care of guests.

It’s a good hostel, lockers in the room, fully equipped kitchen, helpful staff. The location is great for exploring Sofia, it’s quite close to food shops and the subway.

Ho soggiornato qua per una notte, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro città spostandosi a piedi.

Really nice hostel. The location is good and the rooms are nice. We felt safe and the staff was so sweet.

shabby atmosphere

We stayed 2 nights and we did not face with any problem. hostel was very clean, we had curtains in our beds so it felt pretty private. Receptionist and staff is helpful and friendly. Location was near Serdica and close to so many places to see in Sofia. Also close to so many places to eat, drink etc. I definitely recommend if you are planning to come to Sofia!

Hostel für den Preis angemessen. Die Lage ist toll und der Rezeptionist ist sehr nett. In den mixed dormatories sind auch viele ältere Männer scheinbar dauerhaft eingemietet, was zu untypischer Atmosphäre für ein Hosel führt.

bad hygiene of rooms and barhrooms, the bed sheet are not changed with new guest, the room had a real disgusting smell with people eating inside. The hostel host a lot of delivery food guys from pakistan and india that finish work at 3 a.m. so basically you cannot sleep. Only good thig is the position.

i booked Deluxe bc it says it had free towels and better room. the receptionist refused to guve me free towels and the room was quite basic, I can't compare to others in that hostel, but compared to other hostels i have been, it would be in the most basic category. To sum up, great location, good place,goodpeice, but just don't fall to book a deluxe room.

Even I had a short stop in Sofia, and I came vwry Late I was received with a lot of energy ;) everything was clean in the bedroom and bathroom and ıt was quite too, Dali the receprionist was more than kind and even offered me his Great hummus and salad simce ı was so hungry, consider is a hostel and the rest is wonderful 100% recommended

Stayed for 3 Nights, had nothing to complain. It was a pretty quiet Hostel with only a small common room. Bust I still managed to meet good people. Would stay here again.
